You get what you pay for. After getting an exam from the optometrist, I waited 3 months for basic distance and basic reading glasses. I was never contacted from them. I had to call every other day and inquire about the status of my prescription. After finally receiving the glasses it took approximately 1 month for the nose pieces to fall off the frames, and another 2 months for the lenses to fall out. Very poor workmanship. Do yourself a favor and get an inexpensive exam and order your glasses from zenni or someplace similar. Then you won't be out a few hundred dollars when your cheap frames break and fall to pieces.

My first time at this place and I had a very good experience, the staff was very friendly. Thanks to Norma for being all her help in getting my first pair of glasses.

I got an email and a voicemail asking me about my experience with America's Best and hadn't even received a call saying my glasses had come in. Somebody needs to crack the whip at that office.

Will NOT be returning to this location and considering not doing business with the entire company at all, due to a first time visit experience at the Lewisville location. The staff members were all over the place on Wednesday 3/13/2024. I witnessed visitors walk out of the store, due to not being attended to. The staff were bad mouthing Dr. Goldstick if front of customers, and Krystal was in a bad mood. She had an attitude, lacks good customer service and doesn’t communicate well.

Great customer service & great prices. The past few times I’ve went up there, everyone was so kind. Norma is very knowledgeable and personable which I appreciate. I recommend my boyfriend there and he experienced great customer service as well!

I've been coming here the past few years and Dr. Li is amazing! My eyesight has improved since I have been coming here and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing eye care on a budget.

Walked into America’s Best store in Lewisville, TX Tuesday needing a contact holder. He gave me one! I tried to pay but no! Very nice friendly place. My dad uses the one in Grapevine. Thanks again! Time in need!

This has been the weirdest experience. Been trying to get the prescription right for my glasses and contacts since NOVEMBER!!! Got the glasses but they aren’t right. I give up on the glasses. The contact lens thing has been truly bizarre. They’ve given me like 10 different prescriptions.Different employees have told me completely conflicting information and different eyes to put the contact in. ? Nobody knows what’s going on. NONE of them are right. I feel like I’m going crazy here or someone is playing a prank. I don’t know what to do. I’ve already paid for everything and I have ZILCH!! Really very bad and unacceptable. On a lighter note, the people that work there are nice, but you won’t get glasses or contacts that work. No matter what you do. Go anywhere else. This is nuts.
