For more than a month with my door like this, too much cold air comes in, I have tried to contact maintenance or manager and they never come or return my calls. Maybe they will see this and can do something? It should be said that maintenance broke the door!!!

Walter did a great job and the work orders that I placed for the apartment. He was very intentive and respectful. He did everything in such a great manner and was on top of things all the time. He’s also very welcoming really great maintenance supervisor could count on him for any sort of work order that I need to be done! :)

The only pros about this place is the huge bedrooms. If you like sharing your apartment with German roaches, then this is your place. Let’s not forget about the weekend parking lot parties with the loud music blaring. Parking. Is rediculous. People park in the handicap and no parking spots all the time due to no parking anywhere else. I’ve been here 2 years, and in that time I waited a year for them to replace my broken ac unit. Hardly any of the work orders get fixed correctly the first time. Rain would come though the tops of the windows and flood out the bedrooms. No weather stripping on doors or windows, so the outside air and other bugs come right one in. Highest electric bill I’ve had was $400 due to poor insulation, and that was keeping the ac at 78. Refrigerator has gone down 3 times, and they finally bring me a new refrigerator from another apartment that was roach infested as well. Let’s just add to the 3 dozen I have to kill each night when I get home from work. I keep a clean home. I’ve had multiple ceiling leaks and sewer back ups that have flooded both apartments I’ve been in, for they made me move from my last apartment to a new one due to ‘foundation issues’. We are charged for amenities, but those amenities were closed the first year I was here and last summer the pool was only open a week, then they shut it back down. My first year, we are forced to pay for valet trash on top of the trash for having the dumpsters, my trash was never taken out, I always had to take it to the dumpster, they wouldn’t reimburse me for that either. I’ve looked at about a dozen different apartments when they told me I had to move units, all of them had those German roaches in them. So if you come tour, just know if you see even 1 dead roach, there are tons more hiding behind the dishwasher, stove , refrigerator, and in the walls that will come out and greet you when you move in. Plus the apartments they had me look at for approval were all filthy. I was charged a late rent fee due to issues on their end, which they refused to credit back to me. I wrote a 4 page letter explaining. All the issues I’ve been dealing with and all the work orders that I’ve had to put in that we’re not fixed correctly or just marked as done without being done. They refuse to let me out of my lease. So since my lease is up in February, I will be moving. I highly suggest you find a better place to consider. This one is a health hazard with its roach infestation, which is in every building. There is just way too many issues here.

Mrs. Marlene, very kind, attends and explains well and Mr. Walter is attentive to requests to repair what is damaged, he is always attentive and attentive.

Excellent place, I really liked the attention of the maintenance staff, attentive, polite, responsible when solving tenant problems. I am very grateful and recommend the place to live. The cleanliness of the place, the order, the pool clean every day in summer, totally appreciated. I hope to live in this beautiful place again. I had to move for work but in recent months the truth was that the solution to everything was there. Thanks to Walter and Franco.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Our daughter and her roommate chose this apartment (moved in July 2024) as it was in their budget and they accommodated a 10-month lease. Nobody wanting a safe and peaceful apartment experience should move here. It's HORRIBLE.
CONS:
-Very loud Tejano music until 4:30 in the am especially on weekends.
-Dozens of residents congregating outside drinking, playing loud music and smoking marijuana most weekends - during the day and especially very late at night
-Dozens of calls to Lewisville police - they came by at times but no change in residents behavior
-Management at first acted like they would intervene with the offenders but in the end new manager (male) said "I will not talk to them. I do not want to put my life at risk". This was the last straw and we are moving out today
-The management of this apartment complex does not have control of the apartments!
-Bugs - baby cockroaches....not good
-Residents working on their cars in the parking lot - appeared to be running a car repair service there at times
-A dozen children would be sitting on the steps unsupervised so it was hard to get to her apartment
-Parking very bad - had to pay extra to get an assigned spot and then got towed anyways
PROS:
-Bedroom sizes large
-Maintenance did fix things when asked
This was a very expensive mistake because we had to pay to break the lease and pay most of November while also paying rent at the new apartment. Horrible experience. RUN TO ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!

They charge you to park your car and they give you a reserved spot but then when someone is in your spot and you call the towing company they don't come out but when they do if your in another spot even if your register they will toe your away and take no responsibility for it and that comes out your pocket how convenient is that for them it is 1:40 am I hav called the towing company like 10 times since 9pm n no damm tow truck has showed up to remove the car in my parking space but they sure are quick to charge the parking fee there rent and late fees even if your late just a few mins and when I asked about putting a no parking sign on both of my spaces last month they sed yes you will get 1 the next day here we are 1 month later and nothing

Recently just moved here from north Dallas very calm here they unit was very modern a d up to date from backsplash in kitchen to new ceiling fans and appliances dishwasher refrigerator etc…no matter what unit your are in I’ve noticed there is a pool near and mail and laundry room no to mention two gas stations and a small plaza across the street in close proximity to Walmart market street wellsfargo and tons of restaurants…the front office was very helpful Carmen Rios etc… they are always willing to help … my only complaint would be roaches but they do offer pest control every Tuesday morning around 9-10am so they are diligently working on the issue

This place is trash don't rent here I have 3 months here .it's infested of Venezuela here they r noisy I have call tha cop's sooo many times end they never come.end tha sad thing that tha manager can not do anything to help.i want to talk to someone that can do something.

Absolutely the best apartments I’ve lived in, the service her is fantastic!
