I decided to come here for a quick bite to eat after a long day of physical labor. I don’t live in Lewisville so this was the 1st time (and last lol) that I have ever been to this specific Arby’s. Based off of the past reviews; I believe this location has some type of demonic spirit possessing the workers here because it feels like they go out of their way to be rude and refuse to resolve a problem.*This incident took place at 5:40pm Sunday, March 10, 2024*I pulled up to the drive thru and patiently waited for a greeting. The gentlemen speaking was very hard to hear through the speaker, he sounded very faint. I placed my order, I ALWAYS order the same thing no matter what Arby’s I visit: A Gyro Turkey meal. The gentlemen stated that they don’t serve gyros w/ Turkey, only Roast beef. I thought to myself that’s odd because every other Arby’s I order at, they make my order with no issues. So after hearing that, I ask him…”well I see you have a roast Turkey sandwich, you can’t just make a gyro with roast Turkey???” There was a long silence on his end, then he stated “No, we cannot put Turkey on the gyro” Still puzzled and slightly annoyed, I asked him “Why not, do you not know how to substitute the meat on your screen or something?” Then an African American female took over the speaker and I could hear her loud and clear lol. She said very sternly, “There is no button to sub the roast beef for turkey, and we are not allowed to make the gyro with turkey” I knew she was lying but instead of arguing with her I just stated, “Ok, well I’ll be leaving a yelp review then.” Before I could finish that statement she cuts me off and says “THAT’S FINE” I ended up going to an Arby’s in Carrollton closer to where I live and ordered my Turkey gyro w/curly fries with absolutely no issues.***I will be adding a pic of my receipt for the Carrollton location as proof that there IS a button that allows the employees to substitute Roast Beef for turkey.***I’m not sure why the staff at the Round Grove location is so rude, maybe they secretly want the place to shut down or maybe there is a demonic spirit provoking them. Either way I got my meal in Carrollton and Lewisville gets one star because yelp does not let me put zero stars. A tip for the employees, work somewhere that you enjoy and try to have a good day but if you can’t; don’t go messing up someone else’s! God bless you all

I wrote this over a WEEK AGO and was told below that someone would contact me to "make it right"I have received NO follow-up!.....................The customer service I received was atrocious. They refused to hand me my food through the drive-thru window. They said I had to come inside.I spoke to a manager, Teresa and she flippantly told me it was "better for me to come inside" How is stopping my running car and getting out in the Freezing cold better for ME? Not only that, there was NO ONE else in the drive thru when they refused to just hand me my mobile order.

Every time I come here there's at least 1 or 2 people eating. I love it that I don't have to wait much for my food. The time that I always go is after 6pm.

My wife and i decided to eat in rather than take our meal home. The restaurant was not busy. We were the only customers when we arrived. Stood at the counter for a couple of minutes while one employee had told another three times that they had customers at the register. The employee took our order but barely looked up. We almost felt like we were intruding in a place where people were not welcome. Got the order rather quickly, which was good, but when I said thank you, they ignored me. The food was good. Never really have an issue with the quality of the sandwiches or fries. As we were leaving, I wanted to thank them for the meal, (something I like to do no matter where I am,) but no one was up front. I just waved at the girl over by the fry station. She saw me but just turned her back to me. The staff working on Saturday afternoon has no clue about customer service. Still like the food but the kids working there need customer service training.

Big Game Burger is a hit and kiddos loved the sliders.. no pizza sliders at this location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating!!Kid-friendliness: great spot for grab and go for the kids

Stopped in today for a quick lunch at this location. Wasn't expecting much like always for fast food. I ordered the 9 piece boneless wings and a small fry for 6 bucks. My first impression wasn't great because the sauce from the wings was leaking out of the packaging and into the bag. The wings weren't great and pretty small. Curly fries were good as always. My one problem with this experience is when I was ordering, the woman taking my order started talking to another employee in the middle of me ordering. She just straight cut me off. I found it quite rude. But overall the food was okay and good if you want a quick bite for lunch!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I will never be going back to this Arby's. Went thru drive thru and was asked to pull forward and park (why would I want to park to wait for drive thru? but I did, I pulled into a parking spot right in front of drive thru) I waited 10 minutes, with food from where I like their food was getting cold. I went in to get it and wasn't happy. I got TOLD "it was made to orde", and when I questioned 10 minutes was then TOLD "well you were parked near the door" and then "have a blessed day". I could here the lady yelling to the other staff, we aren't EVER going to serve her again. Got news for her, not only will I never be back, the person I got the "new" fish sticks for told me to remind him to NEVER go to Arby's again. He tried their Angus burger and said it was like cardboard. The fish sticks were the final straw. If I managed that Arby's I would fire her. You're going to lose more than just my business. I'm sure I'm not the only one she has treated this way. Business will eventually suffer for treating people badly.

3 years ago this place was awesome but now whoever runs this place has either changed or seriously burnt out. No quality control and no customer service skills are present. If you order a two for 7 you better hope they have run out or yours will be cold and old. If you order a shake with 1 car in front of you it will be melted before you get it. If they give you your total forget about changing or adding anything, you will be ignored.

An hour and a half before close, the staff ignored the drive through and the phone.. so we pulled around and my boyfriend went inside.. three cars tried to go through the drive through the few minutes he was in there and every single one of them was ignored and pulled away. My boyfriend came out telling me AND one of the cars leaving the drive through that the entire staff was hiding in the back… y’all are paying staff to abuse your time clock.
