Honestly this the best location to be at, the people at the front desk are so authentic and chill. The price they quoted me with was A LOT MORE affordable compared to the last dentist I went to. When I went to great expressions they tried to quote me $2,400 for wisdom teeth removal WITH insurance but I was quoted only around $700 with their referral. Me personally, I’m not going anywhere this dental office is a MUST.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating! I love Dr Henderson and Dr Chilcoat! Very nice dentist and I would recommend them to anyone needing a general dentist or an oral surgeon!

The staff was amazing. It was my first visit but it felt like I was being treated by family. The service was personal yet professional and I am so excited to finally have a dental care team I look forward to seeing regularly. 5 stars, highly recommend!

My crown fell off and the Monarch dentist closest to me wasn't responding. The Lewisville office not only fit me in quickly but they delivered excellent care in a joyful, professional manner at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

Arrived for my dental cleaning, only to be told that my insurance would not cover a deep cleaning. The hygienist wanted to do a deep cleaning on my bottom teeth and charge me $380. I asked if the regular cleaning could be done. The one my insurance would cover. I was told no and I left without getting a teeth cleaning. I was told they would only perform what the hygienist recommended. So, now I have to find another dentist that will give me a regular cleaning. I can't afford the $380 and I have no desire to go it debt for it. This seems like a scam and technically they are saying I will never be able to get a teeth cleaning, unless I agree to them charging me $380. How is this possible? I thought the whole point behind teeth cleaning was to be preventative maintenance? I am not a happy camper!

Monarch is the Place to go, I was nervous because I have not been to the Dentist in over 17 years, but Dr Henderson and his staff was Welcoming, Encouraging, and Awesome, there were laughs, conversations, and patience from the front to the back, they help me get over my fears and achieve something I didn't think I could, so no matter who you are, or what kind of work you need, trust you can put your Teeth and Gum health in the Hands of Dr Henderson and is Team, Thank you so much Monarch Team, Lewisville Texas

they wouldn't schedule you for the regular cleaning that comes as part of the dental insurance. They would recommend a lot of additional service for which we will have to pay out of pocket.

This company is beyond fraudulent and negligent and I have now spoke to an attorney in regards to this non compliance and non completion of services I also have paper trail record of everything and me trying to reach out multiple times ,I’ve been struggling to finish service with this company since I paid for EVERYTHING up front and $1000 cash directly to the office , I was quoted for multiple root canals and crowns only for doctor to say I don’t need root canal and it’ll be a “credit on my account” fast forward to now, my teeth have been in such excruciating pain they had to prescribe me pain medication twice , and I still have NOT finished my services . I have temporary glue all in my teeth and gums and they didn’t even PERMANENTLY GLUE MY CROWNS!!!!! I’ve reached out to the BBB as well as who they work for (Smile Brands) and I’m current working with the manager to see what the issue is. Monarch dental , and Joketa Anderson have failed to provide me my SIGNED contract and the list of services that I legally signed for on May of 2022. They purposely don’t answer the phone , when I finally got Joketa on the phone last week it was 4:15pm, she answered the phone then put me on hold. Then another rep answered and said Joketa just went to lunch at 4pm and their office closed in less than an hour. This is disgusting and pathetic and y’all should be ashamed of yourselves . This will not go non taken care of. When smile brands try to reach out to the location they get no answer either !!!! Or they get told the same things Joketa can’t speak!!! But y’all sure can take peoples money and not give them the services they paid for right ?
