I just stopped by to get a my phone updated and John B took good care of me he was very polite and patient even though I had a lot of questions since I’m not very good at using phonesI rather come here over the other store down the road even thoug this store is farther, he has an excellent customer service

These people were a God Send today! I came in looking to get my daughter an iPad for her birthday on the actual day and let me tell you I got wayyyy more than I went in for. I only paid for the iPad but the time and attention they took to get my bill right, apply the right discounts I should’ve been getting, and thoroughly explain what I’m getting and what I’m paying for to make sure I understood all was priceless! And to add the cherry on top… THEY GIFT WRAPPED THE IPAD FOR MY DAUGHTER! Saved me time going to the dollar store for a gift bag she would’ve thrown away as soon as she saw the iPad 😂. Thank you Anita, Noah, and Evelyn! Y’all made me feel like it’s MY birthday 😁🎁🙏🏾🙌🏾

Stopped at this store needing to activate a iPhone I got from Apple Store.these new phones have esim and if your old phone is broken you need to go to physical store…I didn’t think it was big deal but seems like I had to call att, they also couldn’t help advised me to go physical store.
John here took care of it in less than 5 mins. I drove 30 mins to go to this store specifically based on reviews and it did not disappoint. No nonsense sales tactics just down right to the point take care of business.
I will absolutely come back here in future! Highly recommended!

This store is very unprofessional. Employees are not consistent with information provided. Rude customer service on the phone. No accountability for their employees mistakes at all.

Met with a very knowledgeable sales person immediately. Within 10 min we were walking out the door with an upgraded phone order placed to be delivered to our home. Fast and easy.

Went to store 729 to buy a case and the guy with glasses never even acknowledged me and no one else ever came out to help. I eventually left without purchasing anything. Horrible service

Eric the sales rep was great. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and he was able to set me up with a new phone and watch in no time. He also informed about the new iPhone 16 that's coming out. He explained all of its new features and functionality with me because I made my final decision on what phone I wanted. If I ever need anything else Eric will be my go to guy to get me set up. Great customer service!

I went in this morning to this store. The tall gentleman who helped me was very nice, helped me solve my problems super fast, was very knowledgeable & honestly it was the best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store I’ve ever had! Thank you for you outstanding service!

What a racket for a visiting Canadian to get a short-term prepaid phone set up!!! >:( My third time around with this so I was not really surprised that I had to go five different places, and this store twice. Jessica was super – she was very polite, friendly, and patient helping low-tech me finally get connected. She was able to advise on the best options rather than just trying to sell me something. I would certainly go here if I needed help again. (PS, Jessica: the smart phone can take the SIM, but thanks for not wanting to sell me something that might not work.)
