Part 2 Jamsine the manager left me a voice message saying she is giving me 24 hrs if not she will return the items and charge me the restocking fee even after I proved I never signed the agreement and was lied over the phone about the promotion. This is how they treat customers paying well over 500 a month imagine what they well do to you when you need help. Don't do business with them

I’ve been a long-time AT\&T customer with nine lines and pay over \$500 a month, but the service and treatment I recently experienced were completely unacceptable.
After being contacted by AT\&T’s business satisfaction department with a promotion offer, I agreed in good faith—only to later find out that crucial details were left out. Once I realized the misleading nature of the offer, I chose not to sign the final documents. Despite this, AT\&T still shipped the devices to me.
When I attempted to return the unopened devices, the store manager not only refused to accept them without charging a restocking fee, but also handled the situation with complete disregard. She initially left me waiting while casually chatting with other employees, fully aware of the urgency of my situation. When she finally addressed me, she claimed to have contacted her supervisor—yet returned less than a minute later saying she “couldn’t help.”
This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and felt deceptive from start to finish. For a customer of many years and high monthly payments, this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. I expected better from AT\&T.
Please do not do business with them customer service is non existent
I ended up leaving the devices there so they can do the right thing a process the return with out restocking fee since I no longer have the product in my possession.

Cesar was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me set up my new apple watch!! I also appreciated the cleanliness of the store as a whole. Would recommend if you need to visit a physical store for any reason

Terrible customer service, all they do is try to upsell you, and they wouldn’t honor the screen protection that was promised to me when I bought the phone. Don’t shop here.

I had a problem with my phone function that couldn’t be resolved after four visits to Apple store and six visits to AT&T store. Until… Someone suggested this store. Five seconds after Explaining the problem and showing pictures of my problem, Victor looked through my settings, found three potential issues, and fix those issues. And now my phone works beautifully!!! So unbelievably grateful for Victor, thank you so much!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service was awful. I came in to drop off a phone and was met with a rude, passive-aggressive manager. While I waited patiently, I watched three employees, including the manager, help others and chat about clothes. When I asked for help multiple times, I was met with a dismissive remark: “You’ve only been here five minutes”—when it had actually been over 20. Then, I was told I’d have to wait even longer because someone else had an appointment in 20 minutes. Honestly, I feel I was treated this way because I was the only Black person in the store, given the rude and dismissive tone I received from the moment I walked in, all for something that should have taken 10 minutes or less.
UPDATE: I had to come back and update this review to show how lazy and dismissive the manager at this ATT store is. I went to the ATT store down the road for the same thing and was met with kindness and respect. It took a whopping five minutes to drop off my phone, AND we had to do additional steps. Guess what? This is proof that this location could definitely use some training on basic customer service.

Great experience, employees are knowledgeable on the topics and explaining the phones and services. Shoutout to Victor Alonzo who assisted me in switching into my new phone he is a great employee at this location!
