Well, what can I say. I was helped excellently from a gentleman named Nick. I had issues transferring data and apps and he was there to help me through it all. What excellent people to help someone not very knowledgeable and he was very patient and willing to help.

Parents went in to get assistance on finding their misplaced phone and clearly explained that to the employee helping them. He did not pay attention to their request and just canceled the line on the phone and they couldn’t track the phone anymore. Resulting in them having to buy a new phone, the employee should have listened to their specific request and not just force the new purchase of on them.

I went in to buy a brand new s24 Ultra today. Carlos came up to me and asked me for help and I told him that I wanted that phone but I wanted to feel it without the huge heavy alarm and wiring on it to see how it fit in my hand. He told me no, for security, and then went to the back. He came out and said no, that they would not let me hold one out of the back. I left went next door to T-Mobile. I'm not buying a $1700 phone without holding it first. Poor service and really unheard of.

I was initially approached by a young man who kept his back to me, told me at 7pm that I would need to drive to Frisco and the colony to see what inventory they had and finally rolled his eyes when I said I would just go to the most expensive iPhone that was available in this store. I believe his name was Nic although he never introduced himself or faced me so that I could see his name tag. I do know that his jeans were tight and belted below his buttocks.I have had ATT for 30 years. I have never been treated this way in a store. Please do something about his customer service and call if you need anymore information. Thank you.

Super bad service, they take a century to serve you and the many customers waiting for attention for up to two hours so they can serve you, two hours so they could help me make a simple payment
