Went in to have my screen protector and camera protector replaced based on the warrant and they said to go to Zagg to get it fixed. Extremely unhelpful and seemed unwilling to be helpful. I’ll never come here again.

I was greeted by all 3 as soon as I walked in.
That's a sign of great service which is hard to find sometimes. Glad to see that people still care. Keep up

Where do I start, I came in asking about switching and doing a BYOD set up. The manager pushed the sales rep to sell a phone with the account and offered deals and discounts for being a business owner. We processed the new account only for the account to not get set up correctly. I returned the following day and waited to get the issue resolved only to get told I have to wait again. Called the store yesterday 2 times each time to be placed on hold for 25 minutes only to not speak to the manager. Decided to port my numbers back out as the service has been terrible and not getting what I was told I was to get. Came in today to return equipment and the rep said oh I was supposed to call you. Tried to process the return and told her I would not pay restock fee as it’s not my fault that what was promised didn’t happen. Asked for the manager to come talk to me only for him to further delay in coming out. He finally came out only to tell me they couldn’t return the phones as I had already ported out. Hmmm. The sales rep said we were waiting on you to waive the restock. Why is it now you can’t return it. I asked to speak to his area manager who I believe is named Sadie. He after that decided he didn’t want to answer my questions and went silent. He went to the back only for the young lady to come back out with surprise surprise my return. But guess what. Still had restock fees. lol again the lady went back and had him finally remove the fees to process the return. After the return I asked again for the information of the area manager so that I can make sure this issue is resolved. He refused to come out and talk to me and instead handed the lady his email. Not the area managers. Braylon, you need to step up and do what is right and not give people a run around. I still need to talk to the area manager of this store. Braylon and Anessa have my contact info.

Jacob did SUCH an amazing job assisting all the customers who came in this Sunday. The place was jam packed, all seats occupied, and he effectively bounced around, helping multiple customers all at the same time. I overheard several other customers make comments about how impressed they were with his service. Everyone felt well taken care of, which I know is not easy to do with such a high volume of customers and low volume of workers available to help. I came in to get a phone switched over to a new one and I will absolutely come back to this location again for future service.

Will not be using this store for any further business that I do with AT&T. The representative, Jacob, that I dealt with was not honest and did not fully disclose all the fees associated when I purchased a tablet despite asking for a full breakdown of the bill per month. Was told that they were doing a deal where you activate a data line and get the low end Samsung tablet for free. After I looked at my bill it was $7.50 per month on an installment plan for the tablet plus $43 a month fee for the data and insurance on the tablet as a package which I did not agree to. Had to pay their $55 restocking fee just to return the tablet from his deception to get a sale. So basically I ended up giving AT&T $55 for nothing but a pain in the butt experience and one wasted lunch breaks worth of time and gas.

This particular store sucks.
They promised me a much cheaper plan than they are charging me. Went back several times to the store and they said they will fix the bill but they have not for months.
Jacob was the person who gave us incorrect information.

Kadarius was very helpful. Phone was dead the whole day did a soft reset and fixed it!! overall very friendly and quick service and offered quick solutions!
