Process waa straight forward for me and the wife. We bought a new Sentra for our daughter, took a bit longer than expected but it was one of those days. Rainy weather and some random power loss slowed things up a bit but everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Deal was as expected.

Bought my daughter's first car here. This was the best car buying experience I have had in a while. My schedule didn't allow me to spend a lot of time waiting at a dealership. I reached out online and they had the car I was interested in pulled and waiting for me when I arrived.Xris understood my time constraint, was professional, and diligent (as was Jeremy). On my next car purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to drive to Lewisville first.

I’ve bought 5 cars from Nissan of Lewisville and the staff is always so amazing and friendly! Our salesman Kyle worked really hard to get exactly what we needed! I refuse to go anywhere else!

Just wow! This dealership went above and beyond for me and my entire family! We bought multiple cars because of the red carpet experience. Anthony and Xavier are great with customer service and the GM Justin is fantastic. Everyone needs to buy a car from this dealership!! Truly made our experience better than we could have imaged! Very grateful!

My gf made an appointment at clay cooley nissan in lewisville to have her 2013 nissan juke looked at because it was making a whining sound when you first started it. Upon arrival, she was told it would take 24 to 48 hrs to diagnose when she was told it would take an hour on the phone. So then we get a lady named Melody who said she was a manager (which later found out she isn't). They tell us well we don't do rental cars, and it could take a couple days. After telling this was not acceptable, they said oh we do have one rental car." A week goes by, and then we are told it is fixed. They charge us 1300 dollars telling us its the ac compressor clutch and drive belt. When the service advisor pulled it around, it was screaching louder than when we brought it in. A service tech came out and said I heard that from inside." We refused to take it because that is what we brought it in for. We told them we are leaving for san Antonio in a few days for a vacation. They said ok take the rental. They then called us and said oh its the transmission." However, the first time, they told us it threw zero codes for the transmission, and no lights are on in the dash. They turned it into warranty, and an adjuster came out. Caly cooley didn't even call us the adjuster did and told us um no its not the transmission." It's a solenoid problem. Clay cooley calls us and say um we need the rental car back." They said well we can sell you a new car instead." Which is honestly what they were trying to do the whole time because my gf got emails about it, and we were approached at the dealership. They didn't off to fix the solenoid refund the money we spent on a fix that wasn't the problem obviously or anything. So now we have the car back, and it's even worse. It barely starts, making a louder noise, and light is on the dash. Her car is literally worse than when she brought it in. We have reached out to nissan itself, im Tennessee. If they dont resolve this in a hurry, our next step is action 8 news and the atorney generals office. UPDATE: after talking to the Gm Justin, they are unwilling to admit anything. They are saying that when they put a car on a lift, it moves things around and causes issues. This was right before he laughed in my face. I said so since it's now throwing transmission code. Can we resubmit it to warranty. He said no, we can't. He also stated it showed twice in the past throwing codes but wouldn't show us where. We contacted the dealer we bought it from and got a printout.....no codes thrown. We took it to a mechanic and another dealership... guess what? Both of their recommendations match, and both said yes, you can resubmit. Also, lifts dont do that. If so, no car would ever be fixed. Not only is it throwing codes, but fuel pumps are out. So how did a transmission and 2 fuel pumps go out, by just being worked on at clay cooley. Needles to say we recorded it all. This dealership is beyond crooked, and we have 3 people willing to be witnesses. Then, a day later, the dealership called and wanted to know if we wanted to trade the car in. 1 not with you all ever. 2 the guy said he wanted to know if you were STILL interested in trading it in. We never were. That was your plan all along. We clay cooley is gonna spend more in legal bills than they would have just being honest. UPDATE: 04/14/24 sent them a email to their automated response you get here with no return email. We now have spoken to the warranty company again after having her car hook up at another nissan. The warranty company literally told us, ON A RECORDED LINE!!!! That we should definitely file a lawsuit against clay cooley. They stated the thing that clay cooley has said and report don't add up. One being that "when you put a car on a lift thens move around and sometime mess up a car. 2 being the part they started way external in the transmission is not. We also have paper work from honda where we bought it. No codes were ever on it. So whe now have warranty company, 2 dealership
