Showed up at 8:45am on a Sunday morning when the stores online hours state they open up at 7am got the store and the sign outside states 7am as well. At 8:45 am the doors were locked and lights turned off. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location so make sure you call before taking the drive.

Worse customer service the Maneger helping the customer with attitude if you looking for part just go to O Reilly that is down the street from there they got better customer service

Stopped by here to inquire about having my license plates switched. Jesus helped me out and went above and beyond expectations. I'd now feel more trustworthy of the establishment and will visit in the future.

SLOW. Three guys are working. One at the register, another appeared to be the manager who went in the back and one guy who was wandering behind the counter in parts (there were no customers he was helping).
I asked the cashier for help to install my wiper blades (I have installed them wrong in the past) and he told the guy wandering, who looked at me, then went back to painfully and slowly wandering around. That employee never came to help.
Customer service and product availability, one star. They didn't have the rest blade I needed for my car.

Adrian is the bomb, he helped me change my battery when other autozones said they couldn’t test OR replace my battery due to its placement in my car and told me to go to the dealership… All that was needed was a ratchet to pull a bolt off and then pull the battery forward to test and replace it 🤦🏼♀️ Thanks for your help Adrian.

Adrian was extremely rude and seems like he hates working here
Asked for a discount on a dented can and he looks at it and says “whats wrong with it” ignoring the messed up can.
No ones making you work here and management should not except this bad customer service
UPDATE: Crystal (District manager) reached out to me and when I called her back and said “this is Daniel calling you back” she responded “ok and?” I see where the staff gets it now. Embarrassing company.
Crystal did try to be nice after I mentioned I’m the one who left the review but she showed her true colors at the start of the call. She also didn’t even offer to fix her employees mistake.

Amazing experience. Bought the battery for my car a year ago and it was under warranty. Didn’t pull up in the system as a purchased item. Mitchel comer helped me out and got me a replacement. Very understanding and polite. This auto one has amazing service. Keep up the good staff. They stay busy but they don’t lose their cool.

“I visited the store today hoping to get help finding a replacement part, but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. The staff didn’t seem to have any knowledge about the product I needed and I had to wait quite a while without getting any help. It would be great if the staff could be better trained to provide better customer service.”
