Terrible customer service. The employee here has a bad attitude and seems like he doesn’t want to be working. He was unwilling to help me, and all I got from him was attitude.

The ASM Chad and the other associates that care and know where to go to find the answer if they aren't sure but want to help the customer, you're incredible and you're I chose to purchase today. Thank you!! To be that way when I'm not sure the district managers even cared or would have known the answer honestly, is additionally fierce.

My car died outside right after buying a part. Carlethos was working and was more than happy to come give me a jump that I desperately needed. Very grateful, this will be me go to auto part store going forward!

I had the most amazing experience with Krystal Tran at 5520 River Oaks Blvd, River Oaks, TX 76114. She had the beautiful patience to teach me how to switch out my battery . She was going to change it out for me but I insist on learning . Yall have an amazing woman & teacher full of grace and patience .

One of my back tail lights was out. Came to this AutoZone In Lewisville and the assistant store manager Chad, got me the correct lights, went ahead and replaced both of them for me. He was quick and was nice about it. I appreciate you. Thanks so much. I’ll be back.

Stopped in to have my car diagnosed. I was greeted promptly even while other customers were being serviced which was a pleasant surprise. Diagnosis went smoothly and I learned what part was needed. If my part was available I would have purchased it. Thanks for your help Decorean. You rock!

I took my car in on Sunday November 8. It was stalling when I would start it and my lights were dim. After calling at 8 a.m. and was told by Cheryl that yes they could check it. It was cold and drizzly that morning but for the man that looked at my battery and told me it was fine and that he thought it was the alternator but to have somebody double check it, you were wrong!!! On Monday I took it elsewhere and guess what....there was a dead cell in the battery. I certainly will never grace your doors again.

I want to thank AIDAN, customer service representative, for all his help tonight. My car's battery was dead and I could drive until AutoZone because of the insurance road assistance. Aidan offered me change my battery and he recommended me what battery i should buy, he was above and beyond with his assistance and help, even when he was busy. A Worker like Aidan makes the difference!

I visited this location today November 13th in the PM. One of my front head lights were out. After purchasing a new bulb, I wasn't sure how I was going to get it on. Trey the manager, then asked me if I needed him to put it on for me. He wasn't even sure how to do it so he watched a quick YouTube video. This man was so kind and went out of his way to put my bulb on. Which required removing a couple of things. I would have never figured out how to get it on. Simple acts of kindness goes so far. The simplest things mean so much. Thank you again manager Trey.
