This location by far, is the best Avis/Budget in the area. The cars are clean; service is great and I never have had one issue with this location after booking 20+ trips in the last two years.

This place thinks it's okay to rent out cars with paint damage and scratches, a windshield with a crack in it and that needs an alignment cause it was constantly pulling to the right when driving. Very irritating when driving on freeway. Claims that was the only car they had left before i even knew about the driving issue. Never renting from them again!

Reserved vehicle on Priceline far in advance, picked up here at Fox Avenue location in the strip mall. Much cheaper than any other option. Was worried because price was so low. They did answer the phone when I called with a question. No problems. Good service.

I made my reservation 1 month ago and today they did not have a car for me. What good is a reservation then? No apology, nothing. Left me hanging. Way to go!

Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.
