Amazed that they remembered my pets names, and were able to help ensure my cats got what they needed within my budget. Very happy and will be going back!!

I took my baby Zeus in and he was so sick. I was worried out of my mind and Tina made me feel at ease. She was so pleasant and understanding as well as her coworker. I am so thankful for them explaining the aftercare so thoroughly to me. This was my very first visit and it will not be my last. I will forever be grateful for their caring demeanor and the love that exhibit for our fur babies. Thank you for a pleasant experience. ??

The only thing I hate is if you know you are incapable of doing a procedure or service why charge to take vitals and X-rays just to do nothing and now I have to spend the same amount & then some, elsewhere. Just to get a procedure done.scamming

We’ve been coming to Bandfield pet hospital for about 5 years now. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience until today. I dropped off my pets (cat & dog) to get their teeth cleaned. I got here at 7:30am and wasn’t done checking in until 8:30am. I wasn’t even upset that it took that long even though I was late for work. You fill out paperwork and some of the questions are do you want sealants, do you want x-rays, do you want anti-nausea medication etc.. on the bottom of the forms it says if they find anything or recommend anything they will give you a call and you have a 10 minute grace period. If you don’t answer within those 10 minutes they will take your fur baby of anesthesia. I said no to x-rays because if they are not needed I don’t want to pay $300. Well while she was put under they found a crack and I believe a broken tooth. NOBODY bothered to call me about what they found. I waited for a call the whole day at work and nothing. I had to call at 3pm to check on my babies because I hadn’t heard anything. If the Vet would’ve called and explained what he found and would’ve said I recommend for you to get x rays of your dog then YES I would’ve gotten it but since nobody bothered to call and update me on the findings then no x rays were taken. Now in order to get her x rays we have to put her under a AGAIN which is super silly because my dog is a pug and is at VERY HIGH risk every time we put her under. Why on earth would I want to put my fur baby at risk for an x rays that could’ve been taken while she was already under! I am very frustrated and irritated at this whole situation SPECIALLY because they know Pugs are a high risk!! My dog has gotten dental cleanings before and I know how it works! I’ve gotten calls in the past to get updated on the finding and even if there is no findings they still call and let me know that everything went well.

We took our baby in because she had a very bad red skin lesion on her back paw. They did not do a biopsy, letting weeks & months go by, while we struggled to take care of her paw. It only became worse. We took her in again. He called us on a Saturday to deliver the news it was Melanoma (Skin cancer) & there is nothing we can do. We had been waiting & to discover that weeks even months had gone by & if they'd only done a biopsy the first visit we might have a better chance to get these mast cells out of her. As any dog is a family member, we are beyond devasted. I only post this so that anyone with their baby will say "please get a sample of this, take a biopsy before it's too late" I want to do whatever I can for my girl. I do not want to put her through horrible treatments but giving up isn't in my DNA. Not when it comes to my family.

My dog is in the hospital right now because she didn't realize he couldn't breathe, despite it being clear and us telling her. His tongue was purple and he's on oxygen right now - and she sent him home 2 times today saying he was fine. Don't go here if you want your pet to receive any kind of medical care because you won't get it here.

This place use to have caring vets when Dr. Gray was there. Now, it's nothing more than a money grab They're always trying to get you to agree to additional test that always cost 200.00 dollars or more even though you have a medical plan with them. The medical plan conveniently NEVER seems to cover all the additional testing and treatments they try to talk you into, smh. They never seem to have a solid reason why these tests are needed just they think or maybe.. I'm sorry but with inflation most of us cannot pay an additional 2 hundred and something dollars because of a maybe or a possibility

I called today to try and get a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I then had to call and push back the appointment and they again were able to help.

Initial visit was great. Communicating afterwards has been difficult at best. Call not returned. Portal not kept updated. They are still better than most of the vet hospitals I've dealt with.

Always a friendly exchange with staff. They answer any concerns I may have and able to get her in if urgent health needs occur. Her favorite Dr left however the newer Dr. has treated her with kindness and proper care. This is good because she is particularly anxious with whom she sees.

They sent me to collections. Don’t fall for the pet-vet-package-schemey stuff. They just prey on the consumer, I don’t know how you could work here in good conscience. I will never shop at petsmart again.

They sent my dog home after a major surgery with no pain meds even after we asked if she needed any they said no she would be fine, well after a night of pain for the dog we called and they told us she should have had pain meds...but don't take my word for it, you can experience it all yourself at this Banfield, as they are all the same. Depending on what Dr is there that day will very on what the animal gets treated for and how well they are treated.
