This is one of the best locations I have ever visited. Excellent customer service. The manager is super sweet and very friendly. I was assisted by a wonderful lady Mrs Opejin. She was extremely helpful and made sure I got take care of on my first visit.

Horrible customer service at this branch!!! plus Bank of America charges you exorbitant fee for a bank draft, $15!!! When I asked why I am being charged the $15 while in the past they didn’t, the female teller, told me I had to have at least $20k as an average daily balance or be an advance relationship customer! This is hilarious as you don’t even get that much interest for a $20k ADB. And to top it all she said that in front of all the other customers. Oh well! Is there an equivalent of HIPAA in banking and finance?

I went into this location just now to get assistance with withdrawing cash since I left my wallet at home. I asked the teller could I withdraw money without having my debit card and state I.D. he said NO, just a picture I.D alone was not acceptable. I proceeded to walk out the door, then he tells me about withdrawing funds from the ATM but I would need to start the transaction via my BOA app. I followed his instructions and started the transaction via the BOA app. I went to the BOA ATM and the "contact readerless" option positioned on the the ATM was a complete joke and waste of time. Not 1 of the 4 bank associate's knew how to work the feature. Why offer something and none of the staff knows how to assist the customer? The last gentleman that ATTEMPTED to help advised that I would need to link my BOA debit card to Samsung/Google Pay. He linked it for me and then shared "I don't know how to work Android phones, let me get someone that knows how to work Android". I advised him that I was on lunch break and needed the cash for lunch. He apologized. I walked back into the banking center with him to get a 5th person to attempt to help. I couldn't allow any more of my time to be wasted. I had spent 20 minutes already, so I left BOA displeased with the banking staff not knowing how to work the mobile app features, no cash, an ultimately no lunch. NOTE: I will do my best to NEVER leave my debit card at home so that I won't ever have to visit this incompetent banking center.

This is so ridiculous that I have been standing in line for 45 mins and on hold for 20 mins. Please learn how to staff your store, they closed the drive thru early because they only have 2 people working the front. This took way too long

The lack of tellers makes for sloth speed service... there was a line inside and in the drive through.. when I finally get up to the window there is ALWAYS a maximum of two workers taking care of both the drive thru AND walk ins... SO SLOW, and it's not the employees' fault either, I blame the management and corporate for being so careless... I UNFORTUNATELY have to come here EVERY DAY to deposit cash.. same slow service EVERY DAY

Can someone please tell me why they only have one teller at lunch? Seems kinda backwards. As a previous TOS for BOA, learn how to stagger cause the wait is ridiculous and the customer service doesn't make up for it.

It won't let me give no stars or take away stars. In Jan. I wrote a check. The woman hadn't deposited it and I went into the bank to do a transfer from my state issued debit card (child support from my ex) so that there were extra funds to get groceries. Done it before without an issue. The next day the lady calls me and says my check was returned. Uh what's going on. Checked my bank and sure enough check returned and no advance/transfer deposited. Went into the bank and the "manager" chick basically stuck her nose in the air said "oh we had a power outage and it didn't batch out". Sorry that's not my problem. When did the power come back on? "Around 3 PM" -"what time does the branch close?" - "lobby closes at 4 PM" - Did you know the power was back on? "yes" so you could have come back and made sure everything batched correctly. Yeah, no answer to that one just a nasty look. Sooo, they tell my payee to re-present the check - she does - the funds come out of my account but never make it to hers. I have talked to her bank. No funds. I go back into the branch - they file a claim and provide a "temporary credit". Great, except they forgot to mention the "temporary" part. I ask if there's anything else I need to do and Allen says "Nope you're all good I submitted it all for you". So roll to JUNE 25. Guess what? Temporary credit is reversed. I was in the hospital so as soon as I could (7/2) I went into a different branch where the first guy is really nice, gets people on the phone to try and help me and I'm told they are "finishing the investigation" and they have 10 business days to wrap it up. I call back on the 11th business day and am told that I didn't send back a form. I didn't get a form. I went home and double checked. I called my husband. He checked. He checked to make sure he hadn't had a call. Nope. Nada. I get the form via email and fax it back within minutes. I call back today and get told the claim was "Denied" because I didn't send in a form I never got!! Then they say that they can't get the form off the fax machine any sooner than 48 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't talk to a supervisor any sooner than ... you guessed it 48 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm now out $400. With a disabled veteran husband and kids at home. This is the WORST bank EVER.

If it was possible to give no stars, I certainly would not give any stars however that is not the case. My 16 old year daughter went in to deposit her 2nd check this afternoon .I wanted my daughter to learn how make a deposit at the bank. After waiting for her for 15 mins she came out upset I asked what had happen.

I’ve banked here for years! This particular branch has very few employees due to not having a ton of business in this location. I do however want to point out that the staff will always greet you and let you know that you will be seen as soon as they can get to you. It’s the other clientele they have asking easily answered questions that slow the others down, as they only have one teller. The majority or the conversations that I’ve heard can be easily dealt with at the atm. The manager is the sweetest! She also greets everyone and helps them the best she can in whatever situation they’re in. If you come in here, expect to wait patiently for your turn. They have rules and regulations set in place that they cannot do anything about.

This bank has the worst service completely trash
The staff slowwwww the manager she is just walking around the store. instead of help the employees!!
They always have big lines of customers no matter what time it is I don't bank with them but the company that I work for bank with them and every time I have to go take the deposit make me sick .

I am horrified by my experience with this institution. I was embarrassed by the teller and the manager herself. I had gone through the atm and deposited two checks so that I could pay for rent. To my surprise there was a TWO WEEK hold on my checks, meaning I have no money for groceries or gas, and receiving EVICTION notices because I was not granted access to my hard-earned money. When asked who I should talk to to resolve the issue, the manager's only response was "there's nothing we can do..." with no apathy to my situation whatsoever. I am utterly shocked and horrified that I have yet to receive MY MONEY into my account and will be facing additional charges from my apartments, and likely an eviction, all because Bank of America has failed the drive through ATM. Needless to say, I will be closing my account and reaching the BBB. Extraordinarily disappointed and hurt that I still have no money in my account to pay for my rent. Horrible institution and management.

Sat in the lobby for an hour and then finally just walked out. There were employees everywhere that just kept saying "Someone will be with you shortly" but never actually helped. Not sure if all banks are this slow but definitely used my waiting time to ponder if I should switch banks.

I've been a BOA member for almost 10 years & I have no complaints whatsoever. If I over drafted my account by mistake that's on me, but if it was their mistake they were always quick to fix it! I've always received excellent service & I believe I speak to Kimberlee just about every time I go in. She's such a character! I would absolutely recommend this bank to any & everyone.

Waited 25 minutes in line to deposit my money because the atm is broken and there is only one teller. How many millions did the BOA CEO pay himself this year? How about staffing your branch to take folks money? I should be pleased because this was a short wait compared to the Irving branch near my home. And their 5 atm machines are always broken. I stay with a poor performing Bank because I have 20 years with you, so sad.

Worst service ever. Please make sure you have 30 minutes minimum to kill just to make a deposit. They have several people walking around looking pretty, not sure what their positions might be but get up an help if you have several customers in line!!
