Service at this bank was great. I made an expensive purchase that didn't go through so I went here to have help. The agents were booked all the way til closing but Lucia and Fernando were able to squeeze me in between appointments. Thanks a bunch!

I scheduled an appointment to review issues on one of my 5 business accounts. The agent NEVER got back to me with a response or solution. I emailed, called and stopped by NO ANSWER ever only excuses. I also was stood up for a 2nd appointment the agent was simply NOT there. Again no response from anyone at that branch. I called their 800 number and filed complaint.

The few times I’ve come here I did not have a good experience. Everybody is always very short with you and acts like doing their job is the worst thing in the world. It’s also very hard to get through to them through the phone. I have called multiple times a day for three days now and still have not been able to get a hold of anybody to fix an issue. Not impressed.

One person to help a room full of people. I think it’s sad that BoA is closing so many locations and only leaving a skeleton crew.Also no notary on staff??? I thought all banks had notaries.Oh yeah. Try to call - you will be told that there is no one available to help you and that you should use their online platform.Time to change banks.

Terrible customer service here. Employees will literally watch an entire line build up and keep working on paperwork. 8 people in line, 3 tellers behind the counter and only 1 taking customers. TERRIBLE.Last time I was here I was ignored and past by 3 people why trying to get something notorized, they made me wait 45 mins with a virtually empty bank to do a ten minute process

Bank opened @ 9. I was here right at that. I saw 4 people (workers) in this bank. 2 customers in front of me, and the teller had no Sense of urgency AT ALL.. She has the look on her face that she's paid to just keep coming to work for the time being or something... she keeps walking back disappearing in the back room doing something. It does not take this long AT ALL. This my 2nd time banking with them. Tried to give a second chance. I'm regretting I even came back! I don't have my debit card yet this the only reason I came inside... this ridiculous and corporate needs to step in forreal.. fix this!!!!

I have never seen this bank with more than one teller working. There are always other employees sitting around, but none that can help most of the people in the bank that have to wait in a line that is constantly going out the door. A five minute business change order consistently takes over thirty minutes. I can’t understand how a business that made billions off of overdraft fees off of its customers last year, just overdraft fees and nothing else, can’t afford to pay for more tellers. Even if you have to pay $30 an hour, they’d still be well off. I’m moving banks as soon as possible. It’s insulting that they force you to wait for service and then tell you to use the atm, even though most transactions for a business cannot be done through the atm.
