It is a alway a good experience to be treated with the professionalism and friendliness of this staff.Been doing business with them for 14 yesrs with this branch in Lewisville.Recommended friends and family and they all had the same experience.We have free personal and business checking and savings.This branch is a rare place in banking. Highly recommended.

I’ve been banking with this bank for close to 10 years now, and they handle multiple accounts for me. I can honestly say, while no one person or company is ever 100 percent perfect, over the years no matter what , they have always taken care of me and any issues I may have had come up. I have enjoyed banking with them and continue to do so in the future. Everyone always makes sure to treat you like family! Hats off to the crew and all that you all do! Thanks!

Terrible customer service. First off, when they set up my accounts last year, they set them up incorrectly (they were supposed to show in the same online account). Secondly, I was not able to deposit checks within the app until calling in and requesting that they activate that feature which caused me to have to drive 1h roundtrip to go and deposit cash into the account. Lastly, I was charged a $35 NSF fee even though I had funds in my primary account. I asked Idenice to refund as a courtesy and she would not. I have never had a bank refuse to offer a one time courtesy refund of a fee. Very disappointed and I will be looking for a new bank. I hope the $35 is worth losing a customer.

My husband went to make a deposit today around 2:30 and was told as they locked the doors in his face that the bank was closed due to "Family Emergency "...? As in , EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WORKS there has to leave because of a Family Emergency.... WHAT?? No way.. I don't believe it!!! I hat is going on with this location ?!

I came in today and waited over 25 mins to talk to a banker. No one was in the lobby and no one came in the bank after me. Once I got up to leave, a bank teller asked me to schedule an appointment for tomorrow and gave me a business card. I won't be doing business with bank.

This branch and staff are wonderful! Emerson, the manager, is above & beyond any banker anywhere! He went to great lengths to help us—even more than we asked or could have expected! A true banker—so rare these days!

I have banked with what is now OZK since 1999. I have have been in locations in AR, AL, MS and TX. I have never had anything but courteous, friendly, positive, caring and respectful business relationships at any location. I was appalled at reviews for this bank when I was looking for a location in the Dallas area. Thus I am writing this review to set the record straight. This bank is financially sound, customer centered, and worth consumer loyalty.

Used to be an awesome bank with friendly staff however now it's just a head ache. All the good employees are gone the new ones are straight up morons. Since the new employees got their ive dreaded going there. They have an attitude problem and they are lazy. I was negative on my account so I went to cash a check and I asked “can I get whatever is left in $100s†and she told me she couldn't cash it because I was negative even though I would've had a couple hundred dollars when I cashed it. Or if I ask for a void check with everything printed because the hand written one didn't work they tell me they can't do that. What kind of bank can't get you a check with your name and billing info printed on it. Then they tried to pass it off as a paper with that information but anyone could make that. These are just to of the problems I have had to deal with here. Not worth my time I'm going to a new bank.

Horrible horrible ... closed our account for no reason.. I called to ask why and she did not know why .. bank manager Jennifer is very rude.... don't ever bank with this bank... they close good standing accounts with no reason.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called asking for help and advice 3 times and got hung up on. Will never use this bank for anything else.

I have been an Ozark customer for many years. It is a joy to experience the professionalism and friendliness of this staff. Sure there were a few system quirks there corporate has fixed slowly. But from the 2nd time I entered this branch several years ago everyone greeted me by my name - even those times when only new people, I hadn't met were there. That's a serious training format that is carried to every area of financial services I've used. Consistent, helpful and competent. Recommended friends and family and they all had the same experience. We have free personal and business checking and savings. This branch is a rare a gem in the banking industry. Highly recommended.

Their ATM doesn't work, their timings are weird. No Saturday open. I work until 5pm on the weekdays so I don't know when to meet them in person.

Great banking service. But wish they open on Saturday, not only drive in, but half a day, maybe. Most of us work all week. Weekend us all we have to do our banking and other needs.
