I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour).
I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. They even called when they discovered that to ensure I really needed a battery. I said yes since the battery life was 76% and the phone would not hold a charge very long.

Very friendly employees. Welcoming, personal, and informative. Efficient at locating and confirming exactly what you need. Spoke about some of their services and explained the warranty process that came with my battery. Prompt service and a warm goodbye. Great experience for me.

I ordered a battery online for my treadmill. I went to picking up and after standing in line for 5 minutes while the older gentleman the franchisee proceeded to answer the phone and take that customer in front of me even though he waited on me first... They pulled two batteries off the shelf of what I wanted in both were completely discharged. 1.2 volts and they were supposed to be at 6 volts. Bottom line if you want to charge battery you better think twice because they have a lot of battery sitting on the shelf that are very low on voltage from what I experienced. Wasted 40 minutes of my life and now I'm ordering the battery on Amazon. Same identical thing for $3 more

Excellent store. This is the 4th automotive battery I have bought here for my 2 vehicles, travel trailer, and trolling motor. Batteries were competitive priced but ended up cheaper because of included vehicle install. Mark installed and did a great job including using a small battery plugged into cigarette lighter so I would not loose vehicle computer settings. What an innovative idea. Can't say enough about their knowledge and customer service.

I have purchased many batteries from this store over the years for my vehicles and my motorcycles and with only one exception, they have delivered excellent service. The one instance where the battery failed to start my vehicle, Jason replaced the battery under warranty. I will continue to purchase batteries from Batteries Plus and I recommend this store to anyone looking for a battery.

I came in there this morning and tried to buy a battery and they told me that the battery that was on the shelf was a display model and I knew that was to be false. It was the size and everything that I needed. So I’m going to Amazon to buy the battery to get it tomorrow because they don’t know what they have in stock. He said they can’t sell me the last battery.

The salesman is a moron, I walked in, grabbed the battery off of the shelf, took it to the register and said I need to buy this. He walks over to the shelf where the battery was and says we’re out of them. I said no sir. This is the one I got from the shelf and I need to purchase.. tell me this is only a display model and I said no it’s not. It’s the battery that I need. So then I walk outside and talk to somebody that looks like he might be the manager and tell him what just transpired and then left.

Always something with this battery plus. Ordered batteries online that showed in stock. Asked when I could pick them up and they said they didn’t have any. Now my money is tied up until I get a refund. Stay clear of this place.
