Always something with this battery plus. Ordered batteries online that showed in stock. Asked when I could pick them up and they said they didn’t have any. Now my money is tied up until I get a refund. Stay clear of this place.

The lead person there on Sundays is extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.

Thank you soooooo much! The 2 gentleman were honest about what to expect trying to fix my daughter’s phone. Other places we called wanted almost double for the same repair and were not as pleasant over the phone. I highly recommend this store and will definitely use them again in the future!!!!

Had Key FOBs programmed for my truck at this location. These guys were GREAT! They did what they said they would, explained the process and did it for the price quoted to me over the phone. This will be the store of choice for future needs even though it is not the closest Batteries+ to me. Highly Recommend!

WOW!!!??? I Walked into the store and asked if my charging port could be cleaned because it didn’t want to charge anymore and my headphones wouldn’t stay in the port anymore due to how dirty it was. One great Gentleman came out and no questions asked said he would clean it for me and took my phone bacc. He brings it back out in less than 5 minutes and he ended up cleaning the charging port and and all the speaker holes to the phone!! Now my phone charges and my headphone finally stay in the port!!! GREAT GREAT SERVICE!!! ????? HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!????????

Always very helpful staff consistently. Have been going there for years, never disappointed. Most batterie needs completed at first visit. Limited staff, if busy waiting time may be a while.

Was having issues with my iPhone 8 Plus. Took it in for a basic battery. I am not tech savvy in any way. The gentleman were very helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid. I appreciate their professional and friendly service. Recommend this store.

I want to let everyone know about my experience I had at the 1093 W. Main St, Lewisville location. What started out as a routine purchase ended up as me being a very dissatisfied customer who will never go back to this store location.I purchase a battery for a flashlight. Upon trying to insert it in, it would not fit. I took both the battery and my flashlight back to the store and showed the manager the issue. He too could not insert it. He examined my original battery and his battery and agreed they are different. He took another battery off the shelf and it fit well. In my opinion, this is where his unprofessionalism, bully tatics and rude behavior took over. He pulled two opened packages out and said he would switch them out. I informed him I wanted to purchase unopened boxes. His answer was wouldn’t everyone want that but if I wanted to switch I would have to take that one because the store policy is “they do not take any opened item back”. Even thou the receipt contradicted his statement and the funny part to all this was he was handing me open items that someone else returned. Realizing his stupidity he said he would accept the items back but I would only be allowed to purchase items in the future as “a final sales with no return” if the item did not live up to its promise. He thought he could bully me into receiving open packages. My opinion is this store location does not deserve our hard earned money, they don’t care about customer satisfaction, doing what is right and bullies it customers. I will take my business to the Denton location on 1732 S. Loop 288 or the Irving location. Batteries Plus you need to do a secret shopper to validate the unprofessional and business practices of this location.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BATTERIES PLUS....Came to get the battery replaced on my IHPONE 7 which they did and charged me $ 62. The next morning after charging all night, it showed 100% so I as happy. However before 2p that same day it showed only 27% remaining. I went back to the store to talk to the technician who told me that my model phone was no longer updated by Apple therefore the problem will continue. I told him that I wished they had told me that before they agreed to replace the battery. I asked for a refund which they decline. IF THEY KNEW ALL ALONG THAT REPLACING THE BATTERY WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME, WHY AGREE TO SELL AND INSTALL A NEW BATTERY.Stick with the Apple stores.....

The customer service is high at this location and the people there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to shop at Batteries Plus.
