Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it.During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees.Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!

I’ve left a voicemail with DeBorah Franklin the branch leader 3 times over the past week and half and she still has not returned my phone call. Not a good way to run a business!

Horrible banker named Luisa Lewis, the minute I walked in the door and asked her for help with my account, i explained to her that I had just called and spoke to someone on the phone stating I can withdraw my funds from a branch but the banker would have to call them back. She refused to believe me and started getting frustrated bc I wouldn't give up. So I called the same number and put it on speaker so she can hear them telling me she had to call herself to get approval! After I hung up she picked up the phone and started dialing like if it was the worst thing in the world!! I kept my cool and told her she was being rude and was not trying to help... she then gave them the wrong info and not once did I hear her vouching for me, I respectfully walked away 2hrs later with nothing solved just defending myself with her.. dont ever go here. I told her I was going to write this review and boy her attitude changed...

BB&T is a fantastic bank for small businesses. Their lines of credit are fantastic and real (not empty promises). I have many clients and myself whom have benefited immensely from my relationship with BB&T. Home Equity Lines of Credit are also fantastic. Low rates and great service.

BBT is the worst bank ive ever used. They have NO hours that are accessible to people who work for a living. And the ATM outside the branch is always out of service, or wont take checks i need to deposit. Their coustomer service is awful. You are guarenteed to be on hold for at least 30 minutes everytime, no matter when or what day you call. Atrocious.

Excellent staff! !! Everytime I go in there they remember me, even if I have only seen that particular employee once. Their customer service game is on point!
