Worst bank I have ever seen.They offer lot of things when you make an account and they don't stand for their words.I have a business account at this bank.This people are scam.I planning to move my account to different bank.

I was discriminated against and lied to by this bank. I was served by "Mona" and the manager "Muhammad" if he provide the correct names.Since when does a bank doesn't cash a check that is drawn from that bank even if you don't have an account with that bank, thought in that event the bank charges you a fee correct? That's why the fee is in place?My child is a minor, he is a child actor. He is working with a new production company and they gave him a PNC check we normally don't have PNC checks. Since it's Saturday after 12pm my bank is closed and PNC is by my home and they are open so I came here to cash my minor child PNC payroll check. Sounds simple.The tellers gave me a hard time, was very rude especially "Mona" making all these facial expressions. Muhammad who is of another race try to act like he can't understand what I was saying to him... I told him I speak completely good English!They refuse to cash the check and said they can't cash the check because I don't have an account....even though the check is a PNC check. False! We have cash checks at other banks several times. I contacted the call center while in the bank and Ralpheal stated Yes they can cash the check, I needed to sign as well. Again Muhammad claim PNC policy doesn't allow this and since I am signing as parent, I am considered a third party.The call center and your banking locations are providing incomplete/false/misleading information and this is unacceptable.My son also had his school ID which we use all the time when cashing his payroll checks. "Mona" needs more training she asked my minor child for two forms of identification. I have never had a bank teller ask me that. I was discriminated against by this bank and your tellers.This was a missed opportunity for this bank. You should've offer us to open an account ,child savings or checking account etc....You should've provided options versus saying what you cant do. Your only option was to go to my bank, which I already know that!You should've been more professional with your delivery. This location is unprofessional and lack knowledge of what PNC offers and how cashing check for non bank holders work. Tellers at this location needs to understand PNC core values.Thank you for the experience, I will NEVER come here again, yes I will go to my bank instead even if the check is PNC. If my bank is closed I will wait the next business day. I will let the production company know the treatment i received.. I will not recommend this bank or location to anyone!!!????

Only 1 person working drive thru and inside. Man working this morning never helped until I rang bell. He acted upset that he needed to help. Needed withdrawal slip, finally received it, then had to ring again to tell him what I wanted, then rang again to find out when my money was coming. Rude and more rude. Get this guy some customer service skills or more help.

I would suggest making an appointment before coming to this branch. I have been sitting in my car now for almost 2 hours waiting to see a banker. I checked in on my phone around 1115am, and it's now 106pm and I'm still sitting here. I chose to sit here because I work long hours, and I took today off to get some errands done, but this is ridiculous. Eventually I had to get out the car and go into the branch for assistance. They apologized and told me that they didn't know how this happened but it was unacceptable.

Really bad service they are not available to notarize a waiver even when the corp account is with them! The girl who supposed to help the people she always find a reason to say not” I can’t do that due you didn’t do an appointment” Sara her name.

I repeat do not sign up to use this bank. I know why they’re selling because they do not know how to operate. Went to the ATM machine at the location in Lewisville Texas put my debit card in the ATM machine and it never gave it back to me I spoke to the gentleman inside he took my ID and said there was nothing they could do. Please tell me what kind of customer service this is? So now they can’t even tell me how long it’ll be before I get my debit card back. Do not give your money to this bank

Came in today to open a business account. Sat and waited over 30 min for them to tell me the person that deals with business accounts is not in until next week. What a waist of my time time. I could've been at another bank!!! This is the first and last sign.....on to the next.

One of the worst banks I've ever been with. They lie about everything. The customer support over the phone is no help at all. There is no reason as to why they should be holding money when the lady at the bank said "For the first 30 days, we will hold your checks after that you will be fine." How about I've had this account opened for more then 30 days and they are still holding money because I haven't been here for a full year. I'm so tired of being lied to. And I will be switching to a different bank. Will never refer someone here at all
