Fraudulent practices. A customer for 10yrs+ and paying for a service that is not even an option any longer. We were advised that if we purchased a new phone with new line added that we could switch to lower monthly payment plan after 30 days. Also, that we could switch existing plan to the lower payment as well. Called customer service several times with no luck. Went in store to make updates and were told it was completed as we waited. That was not true and now stuck with w 2 higher payment plans and a new phone/line without promised changes. Called another store only to find out that plan updates for new phone line can only be made after 1 year of service (not 30 days, like we were told). Be aware of where you do business!

I went to redeem my warranty for a Samsung A54, the sales person talked me into get a Samsung A15 saying it was a better phone and it is not.
