Dont go to the one on 121. Its Horrible I transfered three lines from Metro and bought 2 new iphones and a apple watch charger based on the information I was told in store I was told my bill was going to be 90 bucks and she said the bill would be due the 21st of every month. None of that was true my service was disconnected on the 21st because my bill was really due on the 20th and my bill was 174.00 which is outrageous. I then went to the store where i was told there is nothing she can due because the account wasnt active . Shes the one who that set the plan up probably padding her commission. I then saw signs up everywhere saying you have 30 days to get a refund and the girl in there said thats not true or allowed with new phone purchase I feel this particular store and the employee that assisted me are over charging people and they dont honor the Boost refund policy. I bought all the phones in cash i dont owe them anything and she told me I have to have the phone for a year before I can switch back to metro is this true? Anybody thinking of switching DONT i made a huge mistake ! definitely dont use this store and definitely dont have Nancy help you. I will be posting this review on every social media platform and contacting BBB. I WANT MY REFUND OR i want all phones unlocked so I can switch back to METRO PCS ASAP WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ! BOOST ONLY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THERE CUSTOMERS . I SUGGEST EVERYONE WHO USES THIS STORE TO SWITCH IMMEDIATELY . You know the drill I had to put 1 star to post review but they dont deserve it ! #shopatyourownrisk

Very rude employee. Constant offensive comments the entire visit. Came in with a sim card issue. Thought it was resolved. It isn't. I am going to have to switch phone providers as someone is tampering with the account. Besides, they have a sign that is specifically targeting Hispanics which I questioned. It looks discriminatory as it states that Boost keeps Hispanics connected. What about if it said whites? Blacks? Or any other race or nationality? I have been with them for years. Planning to change providers.

Probably the best boost mobile store I've ever been to. Extremely helpful and not awkward. Really clean and efficient. Have great variety of phones and good amount of cases.

I was very pleased with the help that I received from Nancy at this Store. She was very knowledgeable about the phone. She was really nice and courteous. She went out of her way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. We need more people like Nancy. She is definitely a good representative of Boost Mobile.

They serve very well & they are bilingual.
Very impressed the way they put detail on everything.
not just they activated my new phone with same number but they also helped me transfer all my contacts pictures apps etc
i have been their customer for many years.
