“Such a great spot! The girls up front were incredibly friendly and actually helpful (which goes a long way). Pricing was hands-down the best around, and the overall experience was just easy and enjoyable. Definitely coming back.”

“I am a homeowner knowing nothing about stairs and how they are constructed. I went to International Stair to hopefully get some questions answered and Eric was awesome! He gave me a thorough rundown on my options and the stair step that we got is incredibly beautiful and well made. It looks so expensive but the price was extremely reasonable. I just really appreciate this company and how they treated me. Thank you!”

“Shout out to
Yarvis the assistant manager. My mom and I bought a huge board and were trying to figure out how to attach it to the hood of my little Nissan. Before we even attempted, Yarvis came over to us in the parking lot and offered his assistance which was very much needed. Two little ladies, a small car at Home Depot don’t mix well.
He made our experience so easy and I honestly feel that anytime I go there from now on I’ll be taken care.
Thank you Yarvis !!!”

“Placed on order over the phone. Mr. Derrick was knowledgeable of the item and was able to locate one in Houston. Shipped to Dallas and picked it up a few days later. Upon meeting with Derrick, I found that he was professional and super nice to deal with. I am very pleased with him and Ram Tools.”

“Went there to find a replacement undermount sink for my master bath as I was pretty sure this is where my contractor bought the original sink some years ago. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Mike and he quickly assessed my request and took me to the sink they had in stock. Unfortunately, this sink was bigger than the one I was looking to replace but he informed me that the sink I needed they no longer stocked, but he gave me the manufacturer and model number so I could find the exact sink I need. This guy knows his inventory and is super helpful and friendly. I will definitely shop here first for my next remodeling need. Also, this store was very clean and organized.”
