At Caliber Collision, situated at 975 E. State Hwy 121, Lewisville, TX 75057, the service provided was truly exceptional.
General Manager Cody K. exhibited remarkable professionalism and understanding from the very beginning, carefully addressing concerns about prior repairs conducted elsewhere. Cody efficiently evaluated the situation, scheduled the vehicle for service, and arranged for a rental.
Throughout the process, he maintained excellent communication and adhered to the agreed-upon timeline. Upon retrieving the vehicle, Cody offered a thorough explanation of the repairs and adjustments, which resulted in complete satisfaction.

Brought my vehicle in after an accident. I told them my vehicle was making a noise and asked them to check it out. I offered to show them when the vehicle made the noise but they weren't interested. They repaired the fenders and bumper but when I asked them about the noise, they responded that they aren't mechanics. I was shocked at their response. The vehicle is a machine and after an accident, it needs more than just cosmetic repairs. They don't actually repair your vehicle, they only repair fenders. They told me to take my vehicle to a real repair shop if I wanted it to run like it did before the accident. When my insurance company contacted them about the noise, they lied and said there's no noise. Immature and unprofessional.

I took my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser in to have the hood repainted. The clear coat was all scratched and the paint had started coming off the hood. I happened to see Andrew at the shop on Saturday and he took the time to discuss it with me even though they were closed. He said if I brought it in on Monday they could turn it around quickly. I took it in and Jose completed the job in 3 days and I picked it up Wednesday afternoon. It looks brand new. The quality of their work is excellent and the service was exceptional. Than you.
