We took our car in to have work done.They called and said that it was finished.When we got it home,i looked it over and noticed that the tail lights was out of the place where they belong.We took our car back to them and showed them that they didn't finish their work.The guy there said that they would take care of the problem.And he said that it would only take 2 hours to fix it.Well,that was a lie.It sat there for another week.So,i stopped at the store and talked to that guy and he told me that they haven't had time to get to the car.He then proceeded to tell me that he would get to it when he had the time.He proceeded to tell me well you have a rental car,and i tried to tell him that wasn't the point.I proceeded to tell him what he had told me and he copped an attitude.I told him that I would call the corporate office and he said that he didn't care.I also told him that his word was worthless.He didn't care at all.This was in payette,Idaho.I will not be taking my cars there ever again.They was very rude and didn't seem to car about customers satisfaction.Very sad.

Terrible. Receptionist hangs up. No follow up. They returned vehicle with missing part. I keep calling and they won’t take care of it. Thet took almost 3 months to repair the vehicle

I’ve been waiting since August of 2023?to get my car fixed. The insurance already paid and the GM of the Minthill shop keeps avoiding me.

call us up. said our car was ready. went to pick it up and where they did work. there's all kinds of like swirl scratches in the paint and they had put two big deep scratches on the front of the hood and there was a black smudge mark on the driver side are the passenger side mirror and went to pick it up the second time and word them swirl marks from like a dirty buffing pad. we are still there. and well we there is a rock rocker trim molding that was loose. well they fixed that I took it. we took it home and went to put gas in a couple days later and the gas tank wasn't opening trying to. well ha! needless to say, we took it up there and they said they weren't responsible for it and that the cable broke well. I just noticed a couple days ago that the plastic bumper the clip. it's it's there's. it's broken. and the mirror on the passenger side is vibrating and trying to get a hold of corporate

Caliber collision cedar hill. Front end collision and truck bed replacement.here are several things left undone as well as pieces not put on . No fuel cap .Connectors not plugged in. The truck has been in your shops possession for between 2 and 3 months and since then I have repeatedly had to question the work and integrity of the facility. I should be able to trust the work to be quality not go behind the tech. Please address these issues with the manager. This repair was not cheap but I feel like I'm getting very poor customer service and I'm not understanding . U have had to contact usaa several times to get good communication even get my headlight replaced that I repeatedly brought to your attention.Front bumper plastic was not replaced it was damaged during front end collision.Fuel filler neck not attatched. Def neck stuffed under the bed. Bed lights were taken out and the tech literally had them in his tool box but didn't install them or the harness / button that's connector hanging down from the bed. The button is still in the old bed. Rear bumper I still feel like should have been replaced if my insurance is paying thousands of dollars for this repair and I'm paying 2k for my deductible. (But that's up to me), just to make your job look good.. cameras don't work I've hooked up and found no signal to bcm from camera. Bcm codes for the bed light button.there is a connector with 12 pins on truck side and a 2 pin that was purchased which goes to all my parking sensors and camera (The truck is fully can bus) I'm suspecting the connectors left off I'll look deeper into itI appreciate the work and effort/time put into my job but these repeated issues and my experiences don't reflect what I was looking for in a repair facility, quality work and restoring my vehicle and life. Seems like I just get the run around or feeling of I don't no what I'm talking about and no action or accountability for whats going on . Busy or not we still have to provide customers with quality work and great customer service. What can we do please let me know.Pictures attatched.

Took my car in to fix bumper, told Tony that I would be out of town from Tuesday to Sunday, no problem he said. Took rental car back early Monday morning, asked if I owed anything Tony said no then I get a call and bill from Enterprise that I had to pay as my car was ready on Thursady, received no call both merchant's knew I was out of town, now I have been called a liar and need this taken care of. Caliber promises to take care ofrental, contact states Caliber full pay and I am now supposedto oay when never told car was ready. Caliber treats their customersbadly quite often.

My wife chose to take her vehicle to the Indian Trail location in North Carolina. Not only did Caliber Collision in Indian Trail North Carolina, totally ruin my wife's new vehicle but they also allowed one of their employees to use a company computer while this person was on company time, to send a very inappropriate and physically intimidating email to a physically disabled person.I reported this to Corporate Headquarters but I have been ignored and I apparently have no choice but to file a civil, if not a federal lawsuit against Caliber Holdings.

DONT EVER BE A VENDOR FOR THEM!!!THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. I AM STILL WAITING ON $5,000 TO BE PAID AND IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS. I AM FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN ORDER TO SEE MY MONEY APPARENTLY.

My car was towed to the Stuart Fl. Location on July 10th. My service rep was Oscar. He supplied an estimate to Allstate. 4 weeks later I was informed that Oscar had been fired along with the manager. I was informed that his estimate was inaccurate and they submitted a new estimate and the car was totaled after they had it for over 30 days. I signed the title over to the salvage company and was told I would receive an electronic transfer in about a week. Caliber won’t release the car to the Salvage company because they ordered parts( which never would have been ordered if the original estimate was correct). Some how I am being punished for Calibers(Oscars) mistakes. I own a company and if one of my employees screws up I bend over backwards to make things right. Obviously that is not Calibers policy.

My vehicle has been here at the Forney location for over 30 days. I was hit from behind by another vehicle and it’s been a constant delay for weeks. The store general manager Gus Jimenez is too busy trying to be cocky and and is not listening to the customer! I asked for corporate email and phone number several times and he refused to give it to me. Him and the staff along with the front desk clerk started talking in Spanish to each other about me.This was Very unprofessional, disrespectful and very uncomfortable. I need someone to reach out to me as soon as possible!!
