DON'T GO TO THIS CALIBER!!! This place lies 🤥 about your vehicle repairs. Instead of replacing parts, they do Micky Mouse repairs that most people don't ever know about. My daughter took her vehicle in after getting rear ended, they kept her car for over three weeks, though, they told her it would be about 10 days. She picked up her car and found that the hutch was not closing properly and the bumper had just been painted not replaced even though it was torn. She was told to take it back for 3-4 day to repair the mess and now 7 days later they told her it will be another week or so cause supposedly they ordered the bumper they were supposed to replace in the first place. Meanwhile, they are partially paying for a rental, she is having to pay for 1/2 the charge. The Manager Tony Michalski can't even give my daughter a set time of completion. DON'T GO TO THIS CALIBER. DON'T GO, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This is by far the most friendliest location ever. I had an issue with my tag and went in on a whim and they immediately helped me without hesitation. Krysti and Ivan are phenomenal and most definitely add to the value of this business. May God forever bless them both for there loving kindness.

Ivan examined the ‘scuff’ marks on my Subaru, and used polishing compound & wax to remove them. All marks are gone & I’m extremely satisfied. Thank you!!

Today I went to Caliber in Lewisville for an opinion on some scratches and dents on my pickup, I should have gone there first instead of several other places. Ivan came out to look at the truck and gave a straight answer to the situation, To fix everything was similar to what I had been told and could take up to 2 weeks or more. OR, if I could live with the dents he could get most all of the scratches out by buffing . 15 minutes most all of the scratches were gone.
IVAN was very professional and if I make a decision to fix the dent he will be the one at Caliber Collison to do it.
