I don't know who was driving your company car at 3:20 on 7/9/25, but can you remind them of road rules?
This employee missed their left turn from south bound old Orchard into HTea0. Rather than using the GREEN ARROW that was actively showing on the signal to the make a left, then a U-turn right into your own parking lot, they chose to reverse north on old Orchard FROM the light back to the HTeaO entrance. While cars where approaching from behind.
If these employees can't take 1 minute to drive salefy, what other short cuts do they take?

They are amazing. Noticed my slid plate was hanging a day before a holiday. The shop that caused it was closed. Thankfully Christian Brothers Automotive was open. They fixed it very quickly and didn’t even charge. An absolutely blessing. I will be back for any servicing my car needs going forward.

I've taken my Jeep here twice for an oil change. The comprehensive diagnostic and the itemized emailed list they provide to their customers is top notch and very easy to understand.
They provide complimentary pickup and drop off service while you wait for your car.
The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. I recommend them for all your automotive needs.

The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I have brought my car here a couple times and they are always prompt and don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. I’ll never take my car elsewhere for maintenance. Thank you Christian Brothers!

I was looking for a brake repair and I've been burned so many times by other mechanics so I was a little worried about this repair. But I was so surprised when Preston from Christian brothers looked at my brakes and gave me the honest answer that I didn't need any repairs done at the moment. It was so refreshing to have a mechanic not pressure me into a repair that it won my loyalty. I'll definitely go back to Christian Brother's for all future repairs.

I've gone to Christian Brothers for multiple car repairs (major and minor) and have never had a negative experience. The staff there is always friendly, helpful, and reasonable with their prices. Customer for life!

I always take my truck here for routine maintenance. Staff is very friendly, waiting room is clean and has some good seating, and they never take long at all. I had an issue with my truck that ended up being a very complicated situation, and Preston basically became my case manager. He was in contact with tow truck companies and neighboring CBs to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I ended up fixing my vehicle somewhere else due to my circumstances, but the professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to resolve the issue from the staff, especially Joe and Preston, was phenomenal. I will continue to take my truck here for maintenance and I know I’ll be in good hands.

Seek a second opinion, please. My car made a weird noise, so I went to the CB near me because it was late on a Friday. Cost of Diagnostic ~ $90. I was quoted $1700-$2300 for strut replacement, depending on whether genuine or generic parts were used. I decided to get a second opinion and the issue was identified as only a loose stabilizer link, which – cost $0. Car is perfect! My goal in posting this is to help others avoid similar situations, not to attack any business; remaining quiet would be irresponsible.
Update: Christian Brothers apologized for the error in diagnosing the issue, which I appreciated and I honestly believe it was an error. They also refunded the full cost of Dianostics. Thank you

They communicated clearly, and followed up often keeping me in the loop. It’s refreshing to find a trustworthy and reliable auto shop. This was my second time visiting this service center for a safety inspection. The first time was a great experience, hence I went back a second time for the inspection of my husband’s Tesla. The person helping me this time, Igor, was rude and that made the experience an unpleasant one. First he got my name wrong, when I pointed that to him maybe he got offended, because after that he asked me for my keys, and for a second I got confused because I have never used the physical black key card of Tesla, it is in my phone, to which he retorted quite rudely saying and I quote, “I maybe an idiot, but at least I know that much”.
Overall the service was good. Thankfully, I didn’t have to deal with Igor after that. Somebody else took over, and got me in and out fairly quickly.
