I just stopped by this location to get lunch for me and one of my coworkers I went in there and spent $24 on 25 piece chicken boxes when I got back to my shop I had to three pieces missing both sides and sauces. this is the second time this is happened to

I just moved to Texas. I’m from St. Louis and churches is one of our restaurants and when I say there is absolutely no comparison. THIS CHURCH’S IS THE BEST!!! The atmosphere is always nice. The people who work here are very clean, respectful, kind, and generous. The food is always Hot fresh and deliciousI’m so greedy I don’t even wait for the food to cool off it Taste that good lol

My lunch was okay, but the person who took my order doesn't know how to greet customers. I was in line waiting for my turn and when Tasha (the girl at the register), finished with the previous customer, she didn't say ,"Next", or "How may I help you today?", or "Hello"... it was a 10 second silence, and she wasn't looking at me. I ended up saying, "Hi there" assuming she was going to say it back. She says (ever so dry) ,"What would you like to order"... I gave her my order, and I waited 2 minutes after I paid. She was talking to her co-workers about other customers outside, cracking jokes, laughing and smiling with them, but couldn't say "Hello, how may I help you?" Management was there in the kitchen helping get chicken prepared, but didnt say anything.. no one knows how to greet people anymore. If this is the way this location operates, I won't be going back at all-I don't care how good the prices or the food is.

Horrible service , my food was cold and they did not give me my pepper which is only way I can eat church's...oh I forgot to mention it had no seasoning....this place need to be re-staffed....get the lady from the front counter she is not who u want as the 1st

????? If I could give them 0 stars I would On 01/09/24 @ Church's Chicken on HWY 121 in Lewisville. I placed a order for 30pc chicken and 4 sides for $68.00 and when I got home to feed my family. We discovered a long strand of black hair in the drumstick piece of the chicken. Called the store that night to complain about what happened and they advised me to speak with the manger in the morning the next day. I agreed and went to the store the next day. I spoke with the manger Walter who had no name tag so who knows if that was his name. He was very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband he refused to give a refund Or make my entire order over that I purchased he was debating with me willing to do half the order only. I asked for a refunded he said we DONT do that and called his manger and still no results. I asked for corporate number he refused to give any information and told me to look on website..If I was you I would not go this location to spend your hard earned money. The customer service is horrible the employees are not wearing hairnets or gloves the floor was nasty full of flour and grease and the manger Walter was very rude towards my husband and I it was like he didn't care at all to justify the problem that happened at your store. I reported them to corporate and any other departments I could fine because this unacceptable and cross contamination of food to customer my son could have gotten sick if he swallowed that hair due to his immune system being weak and didn't apologize or care that my food had hair in it from your employees not wearing a hairnet in the food service industry..0 stars all across the board I will never eat or spend my money there again????

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE . FIRST, I MUST SAY THAT I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER. i USE MY CREDIT CARD EACH TIME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING SUCH CRUELTY.THIS TIME ALL 3 WORKERS CAME TEAMED UP AGAINST ME. IT WAS 2 MALE EMPLOYEES AND A BLACK LADY. ONE MALE WORKER , BLACK AND HAD BALD HEAD AND THE OTHER HISPANIC OLDER MAN.SO, I RETURNED MY CHICKEN, I WAS NOT SATISFIED. I ASKED TO JUST FRY SOME CHICKEN FRESH FROM THE BATCH, THAT I DIDNT WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY ALL TEAMED UP ON ME. THE OLDER GENTLEMEN SAID THAT HE GAVE ME FRESH FRIED CHICKEN. THAT IT IS GOING TO COST HIM MONEY TO REPLACE MY CHICKEN. THEN, HE STATED THAT HE WILL ONLY REPLACE IT THIS TIME. I TOLD THE MANAGER (HISPANIC MAN)HE SPOKE TO ME LIKE I GOT THE CHICKEN FREE. I TOLD HIM THAT ME AND MY DAUGHTER WERE NOT PLEASED WITH THE TASTE OF THE CHICKEN. THAT I WORK TOO HARD TO JUST THROW THE CHICKEN AWAY. THAT THEY WERE PROVIDING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE AWARE THAT MY DAUGHTER AND I COME ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.WE HAVE EXPERIENCED INCONSISTECY IN THE QUALITY OF THE CHICKEN. ALSO, ON SATURDAYS, THEY MAY BE ONE HR OR SO LATE, OPENING UP THE CHURCH'S CHICKEN SITE. I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE LINED UP FOR CHICKEN, WAITING AND UPSET BECAUSE OF THE OPENING UP THE PLACE LATE. AND NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE.THE PREVIOUS WEEK, I WALKED IN AROUND 5PM ON A SUNDAY, WHEN ONE OF THE WORKERS TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE STOPPED SERVING FOR THE DAY. MANY CUSTOMERS WALKED AWAY UPSET. AS FOR THE FEMALE BLACK WORKER THERE. SHE HAVE NO SERVICE SKILL. SHE QUICK TO ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER. ALL 3 OF THE WORKERS STICK TOGETHER AND THE CUSTOMER IS TREATED AS THOUGH WE ARE ASKING FOR FREE CHICKEN. I HAVE SEEN THIS MANY TIMES, DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE REGULARS.I LOVE CHURCH'S CHICKEN. BUT HATE THAT THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY WITH QUALITY CHICKEN. MANY TIMES THE CHICKEN HAD BEEN SITTING UP FOR A LONG TIME. WHICH MEANS, IT IS NOT GOING TO HAVE A QUALITY TASTE.I CONCLUDE. JANUARY 1ST, I CAME TO YOUR LEWISVILLE SITE TWICE. MY FIRST ORDER WAS OK. BUT THAT SECOND TIME I CAME BACK ON THE SAME DAY, WAS HORRIBLE. MY CREDIT CARD AND RECEIPTS ARE PROOF THAT I AM A LOYAL AND CONSISTENT CUSTOMER. AS FOR THE BLACK BALD HEADED MAN. I ASKED HIM FOR HIS NAME. HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. HE WANTED TO LECTURE ME ABOUT MY ATTITUDE. STILL, I ONLY ASKED THEM TO REPLACE MY CHICKEN. WELL THE BALD HEADED GENTLEMEN, THOUGH IT IMPORTANT TO HAND ME CASH BACK, ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED CHICKEN WITH MY CREDIT CARD.
