Over two hours for a very basic medical exam for employment purposes. Despite booking an appointment was still considered a walk up. Actually had to leave my room and ask if someone was going to check on me - at which point they realized my room was not even scheduled for a doctor to come in and check on me. They noted they were having problems with their system but this is not a large office and there are not that many patients at any time.I hope this is uncommon for this location but I can’t give it a good recommendation based on my experience.

My experience at Concentra on March 19, 2024 was a great...all the ladies were super nice and friendly and they took really good care of me in all my physical needs...The doctor was very gentle and helpful..The young pregnant lady who gave me my physical test with the weights was the sweetest person ever...If I had to do it all again I would to go back to Concentra in Lewisville and do it again...Thank You Ladies ?

Came here for a physical and drug test and they made me wait 3 hours to do half of the tests I needed and told me they couldn't complete the rest of the tests because "it was already 4pm" and asked me to go to a different location. They wasted so much of my time just to ask me to go waste my time somewhere else. Unbelievably unprofessional.

It's never fun to have to go to the doctor...but it sure makes a difference when every person in the facility has a smile and kind attitude! The people working at Concentra in Lewisville are all of that! Super kindness and smiles! Thank you!

Very happy with the service! Marissa, Tommy, Nicole, Alessandra, and Paola all hosted wonderful hospitality. I showed up around 4:50 (when they close @5:00) I asked if they could get me in. They said “let’s do it”! While I was waiting we had great conversations. Instead of most companies, where the workers try and get out right when they close. They were very nice and stayed longer to make sure everything went smoothly. What a very helpful and nice group of people. Thanks

Just want to give a shout out to Blythe(my apologies if I misspelled your name) and Tanner, I had to come here for physical therapy for the past week, and I was always welcomed in with a smile. Very comfortable atmosphere, I enjoyed doing my PT here, as blythe and tanner hardly made it feel like a PT session, and one time I came late and they were still able work with me. I appreciate their time and work ethic. If anyone comes here for PT you'll always be greeted, you'll always feel comfortable and you'll always leave better than you came each and every session. Nice knowing you guys... and thanks again.

The entire group here is great. They try to keep a light hearted atmosphere and make you feel welcomed. Tanner is a young physical therapist but he is exceptional at his profession. I would recommend anyone come here.
