Elsa is absolutely amazing! My optometrist made a mistake on prescription and was blaming Costco optical for error. Elsa took the time to figure out what was wrong and discovered it was prescription. Went back to MD and she fixed the prescription. Elsa had glasses fixed at no extra charge to me.
New loyal customer here. Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a lot cheaper.

POOR CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT!
Customer Associate Garrett has zero tolerance for customer engagement, he stood in the Optical mirror grooming fibers from his shirt opposed to assisting customers. However, he inquired of the attention of one customer then continued to groom himself. Purposefully, I walked near him to see if he would notice me as a customer…sadly, no change!

Honestly, was nervous about trying to get my contacts here due to the rating (2.6 stars at the time of writing this and many negative reviews). However, I gave it a shot due to the price. It was absolutely a breeze. I went in with the script, had to wait about 10 minutes, ordered my contacts and I was out the door. Contacts showed up a week later direct to my home.
Employees were fantastic and very courteous. Highly recommend. Give it a shot.

For my truck drivers that come here don’t come early to this location they won’t unload you until the time of unloading….. mind you they wasn’t doing nothing at all I was inside with them for 10 min … they was counting down The time to leave

Garrett B. is terrible at customer service. He did not approach me to see if I needed anything, and I felt racially profiled. He was nice and personable to the people who were same skin as him, but when I was ready to purchase a pair of sunglasses, he was very short in his responses, and didn’t even give me a bag. As I thanked him, he didn’t say anything besides “Here’s your receipt” while looking the other way.
I have let the supervisor know as well. This happened 07/19/24 at around 1:20PM.

I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses from Costco. The first pair was delivered in a couple of days and it was as expected. Today I went to pick up the second pair and as soon I saw it, I told the associate that it was not the frame I ordered. I was even ready to take it to avoid the hassle of going through the process all over again. But, when I tried it on the prescription was noticeably different. But they kept saying it was the right one. How can I read with one, not with the other? After not getting any meaningful response I requested a refund saying sorry to which the person replied "It doesn't affect me. I got to go home ". But it affected me, I felt absurd with my expectations from Costco. If you decide to get glasses from here please take a picture of it when you order. It will save time later if something like this happens. We live and learn.

Bought two pairs of glasses from the Lewisville Costco and have been very pleased with the quality and customer service I received throughout the process. Going back for my next pair.

Seriously shocked how badly I was treated here. I had an issue for the third time with the nose pieces in the glasses that were very uncomfortable. I was so frustrated I was going to just get a different pair. She told me I would have to get approval from the manager to get the plastic pair of glasses as I had an issue years back with that type of glasses. I’m like REALLY, I have to get permission from the manager. Totally rude, condescending, just shocking. Yes I have had issues with glasses, ya think I’m making it up that the glasses don’t work. Don’t you have guarantee that you will make it right. Will NEVER buy glasses from this Costco location ever again. You’re documenting past complaints from years back and throwing it in my face. Just unbelievable, she was cocky, arrogant, and patronizing.

Went into Costco to place a quick order for my contacts since I’m already in the system and the guy working closed early just because he wanted to. They don’t close until 6 I made it there with time to spare and he said yeah I’m out by 5:57 I won’t be able to, but I’ll see. Mind you he had time to do it and chose NOT to. Rude customer service.

They charge $69.00 for an eye exam and $40.00 for a optomap that i didn't ask for.It's very expensive i don't recommend this place.
