I'm from Houston and was in North Texas for business and decided to drop in for a Friday WOD. Super nice Box and well organized. Lots of air flow and fans for the hot weather. Noah (I think was his name) he was very nice and knowledgeable and a great coach. The members were very friendly. And the WOD kicked my butt! I'll be back.

I dropped by thanks to a recommendation from one of my awesome coaches at PG CrossFit while I was in town and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back if I ever make it back down there again. Thanks to Tyler for a great class and Will for welcoming me.

Visited this week while I was in town for a work training. Everyone was very welcoming. Fun, upbeat atmosphere. Was so awesome to seamlessly be able to have a place to work out. Willie and the other instructors were very helpful and responsive. Thankful for this place!

I went here because is local, but it’s honestly not a bad gym for its price. It’s also underrated because most of the times I was there it wasn’t packed.
