Terrible place to store your items. They will charge fees and not tell you about them. Worst customer service from any CubeSmart I have dealt with. I currently use 3 locations and will be moving out of this awful location. They also increase your rates multiple times a year.
The “store manager” obviously has never managed anything before. I will be contacting corporate as well.
Corporate called to correct issues, I appreciated the call from corporate but will be leaving still due to the high rates and poor service from management on site.

Great, helpful staff and prices. Only problem is not being allowed to stay inside the property longer than 10pm, no place for trash, and lack of dollies.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience from this location leads me to leave one. I went by this location Thursday around 5:35 requesting help to cut to lock off of my unit as I unfortunately have lost it. I was told my who I assume might be the lady in charge that she should not help me because they would close by 6. She then mentioned she couldn’t help me the next day on Friday because her district manager would be there and that I needed to come by on Saturday. When I returned Saturday Saturday like she had told me just to find the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying someone would be back shortly. So I returned once again roughly an hour later for the same lady to deny my request for help now for the 3rd day in a row and told me she can’t help me until the following Monday.
I understand we all get busy and maybe overwhelmed sometimes but tis woman’s customer service is very poor and she seems to have forgotten that customer service should be her number one priority always in all ways.
Due to her poor customer service CubeSmart will loose my business. Not to mention they will constantly raise your monthly rates without notice.

Monthly rate was $90 and on my 2 yr anniversary I get a card saying it's now $170!!
Cubesmart is a scam! Understand that after 6 months they will start raising your rates about every 3 months, and won't stop! Going into the office to ask about it and the response is "It's a corporate thing, there's nothing we can do." There are more honest places out there!
