This dealership is not to be trusted. Very rude and arrogant. Won’t even let you test drive a vehicle before they “run the numbers” or run your credit. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m sure there is something wrong with the vehicle, based on the other reviews. I’m not the only one they have left with a bad taste. This is in regards to the rebuttal. Definitely did met all requirements. The sales rep was very rude and even told me it was illegal to sale a vehicle without a down payment. Which this is clearly a lie because it is not, nor is it required for financing. We were told we could not test drive the vehicle before this was even mentioned. The sales rep wanted to run my credit and do paperwork before I even made sure that the truck was in good condition. Went and bought a truck the same day. Called as soon as I left this place and had them start the paperwork, on a similar vehicle for 10000 more in price. The cost savings was not worth the shady tactics they have in place. I really felt like they were trying to hide something by not letting me test drive the vehicle. My advice is go to an actual car dealership where they have certified vehicles. Don’t waste your time on a place like this. The reason for leaving the review was the way the sales rep talked to me and his arrogance towards customers.

Be careful when shopping this businesses vehicles they are known for rolling the mileage on vehicles back. There is a vehicle in their inventory as of 5/17 that has 250,000+ that they switched the cluster or rolled the miles back on it to show closer to 100,000 miles. Highly illegal and unethical

They have a vehicle that the miles have been rolled back. They will block you if you ask about it.

Bought a truck less than 6 months ago from them and the transmission alrrady needs replacing. Called to see if they would be willing to help with the repairs considering it was less than 6 months ago. The receptionist said the owner said no then apologized. So basically don't buy a vehicle from them. No warranty or honesty with these people.

This is the last place I’d recommend going and buying a vehicle. Peter will lie to your face and if you confront him about it he will get offended. Not to mention he had no clue on what he was trying to sell me. He let a 6.7 Cummins idle for 10minutes and test drove a couple blocks and I asked why the oil temp gauge wasn’t working and he stated “because it’s a big v8 engine”... Yeah, right... time to go back to the drawing boards and figure out what you’re actually selling bud. He also thinks reading CEL codes is useless on diesel trucks which this truck happened to have a CEL and he refused to read it. So I bought a 2010 ram 3500 for $16k from a different dealership which was exponentially much more mechanically sound and cleaner than this dealerships older year model that was priced at $19k.

My wife and I had the opportunity to purchase a Ford Explorer from DFW Motors which was in better condition than the five (5) previous FSBO vehicles that we looked and drove. Pieter Jacobs, who was our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and respectful throughout the process. Pieter was attentive to our questions and was definitely upfront and honest with us (a quality you want in a guy selling you a pre-owned vehicle). My wife needs a new vehicle as well as our 17 year old daughter and I will definitely be coming back to DFW motors. What a great company!

My car buying experience with Pieter at DFW Motors was a very enjoyable process. He was very helpful and spent several hours with me as I decided between two vehicles. However my experience promptly following our purchase has unfortunately left me very displeased with the quality vehicle I obtained. The day after I purchased my truck the ac broke. Within that same week it wouldn’t start resulting in it having to be towed and a repair bill just over $4,000. (The truck itself w

Great selection on trucks. Cleanest used vehicles I have experience. Awesome people to work with and I'm happy I did business with them, they will definitely see me again

I stopped by to check out a truck I had called about over the phone everything seemed okay. Upon arrival I started to inspect the truck which I understand that pictures online done pick up and the scratches, ding, dent and what not. Well I read over the description and it was stated that the truck was clean inside and out. Well the truck had more then normal wear and tear the was obvious the top had hail damage and lots of small dents throughout including deep scratches. The inside wasn't as bad it did have cigarette burns in the seats though. After pointing out the damage of the truck I asked for it to be pulled out from where it was boxed in by other vehicles. The truck fired up I asked if they had done a inspection of any kind for the time that they have had the truck. He said yes and was bragging about how the inspection is done professionally and that there were no lights on I went ahead check the oil it was black and it was also low. I was trying to let the truck run for a couple of mins. that way of any codes had been cleared the ecu could make them back off the TPMS was the first light to go off it that's no big deal I asked to test drive the truck it was on the road no longer then 5 mins the engine light went off I asked if they'd put the scanner on it turns out misfire cylinder 3. Then tells me it's just one spark plug causing this and that he very knowledgeable with the hemi engines that they're great blah, blah, blah. I asked him how many spark plugs the v8 hemi has he said it's a v8 so 8 I explained to him that hemi have a total of 16 spark plugs. I tried to tell him that was the code it was throwing could potentially be costly and cause lots of problems. He continued to say well the other 7 are fine so you'll be okay no big deal. When it got time to negotiate there was no time to negotiate I tired to brining up the engine code and then all the damage and I was told that I shouldn't plan to go buy a used vehicle and try to bring up damage on it cause that was due to previous owners not thanks to him. Peter tried to come off like he was the owner but I quickly realized he was just a horrible sales rep. he has got to experience in sales or how to speak to people. He can't control his emotions and can listen to what you've got to say. I took his advise he told me that if I want a better truck to go buy one at the dodge dealership. I took the 8k cash I had brought for them to dodge and found me a truck I was actually comfortable buying for a price we agreed upon. Unlike here they have a rough looking inventory, along with a dishonest staff. Deleting any kind on engine light and having it come back on in a test drive has to be pretty embarrassing. I highly recommend for anyone and everyone to take they're business and money elsewhere. **Unprofessional an dishonest**

Bought a van for my company from DFW Motors. We've had it a good while now and it's been great! I will do business with them again
