Diamond & Gold Exchange is a very bare bones operation for selling gold, silver, and precious metals. It is a locally owned, family business without traditional store fronts, focusing on private transactions. The purpose is to make transactions, and customers report receiving the absolutely best price, hands down, often way above other dealers in the DFW vicinity. Multiple locations are available. The business is known for great people and great customer service. Staff are described as amazing, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in explaining the process. They are careful, patient, and helpful during appraisals and evaluations. While closed Saturday, they are open Sunday, which is a bonus versus other dealers. For selling precious metals or treasures, they come highly recommended.
