I have been coming to Docs for a little over a year. When I moved to Lewisville my spouse said he was coming here every weekend. I finally came and I’ve been so happy with the service and friendliness here. They were servicing my Chevy Equi and now my BMW! I come from Carrollton just to get real customer service. Very thankful for the reliability for so long.

What a shame!!! What has happened in this place, manager Eddy and his assistant, has that car wash almost on the verge of bankruptcy, there are no more workers left, which hurts such a good work team that they had and now there is no one left, only the thieves that Eddy and Irving are making a mess with that whole place owner if you read this comment try to change those 2 people who are really causing the losses in your business to be extremely large he has been stealing for a long time they demand that we pay him in cash to give you a receipt that says BALANCE O 0.00 They are shameless What a shame with what those people are doing with your business apart from the fact that they are rude people and are not good at leading a business on the right path Here I will leave you a photo of the proof that I paid 70$$ to wash my vehicle and made me go get cash so that in the end they gave me this receipt which makes it clear that they kept the money

Regardless of how services are declining in services ,Docs Carwash has always given the atmosphere of family ,greetings, customer service and of course the A1 quality of service that my family and I receive everytime.

Can’t say enough about Doc’s, from the start Eddie was very helpful, said it was an hour wait to get full service, pulled in, and was out in 30, not only was his customer service top tier, but my car looked amazing. I will be back, Thank you all so much for a job more than well done :)

What a bad service. First they told me that if I had cash they would give me the cheapest service. I think something strange is happening. They left my car with stains on the windows and very poorly detailed. I wanted to make a claim but they didn't give me a receipt either. I really don't know what it was. happening in that place, plus everything inside is deteriorated and dirty, how disgusting and what a bad experience I had in this place.

Daily customer for over 5 years. Monthly unlimited pass costs less than 2 same type of wash, so go every day and your car looks better than your boss's

I took my car here yesterday to get the interior shampooed and cleaned. I had multiple deep stains on my front fabric seats from years of accidentally spilling a few beverages on them. Eddie and his team looked at my car and assured me they could tackle the job. I left my car there for 2 hours, and came back to find a brand new looking interior! I was amazed at the quality of work they did. I was expecting cleaner seats, but every single mark and stain was removed from my fabric interior, including the carpets! I would highly recommend the interior and exterior detailing service to anyone who is looking for quality work at an exceptional value. Take your vehicle in to see Eddie today!

Beware!!! I went through the car wash and while cleaning off my car I noted large white streaks on my door and along the side panel of my car that were not there before the wash. I told the manager who said it was “tar” from going through a construction site. 1. Tar is not white and 2. I have not driven through a construction site in between car washes. He denied his car wash causing the issue and said he would clean it off for a “fee.” Stay far away from this place!

This place has become a dump. Do not go here. I have been a member for years and this new owner is already trying to sell and doesn’t care about providing a quality wash to his clients. Every time I come another element in the wash is broken. The main rinsing part now doesn’t even spit out water anymore. The workers have confirmed that the owner knows about the damaged parts and will not be putting any money into repairing the broken parts This place has become a dangerous place to get your car washed with the dry brushes going up and down the sides of your car. Please get the word out that this place is horrible.

They used the brush by hand and scratched up the entire side of my car. Then the manager says he's not going to do anything about it because he claimed it was like this before! I'm so furious right now. I'm going to to take this to the company that ceramic coated the car and post on every review site a out Doc's. Unbelievable! ?
