Hello good evening today I went to the store, the man was in a bad mood because the coupons he had did not work, apparently it was a machine error because it was cycling. I had 3 products, he canceled 1 to see if it worked and it did work but the third product he did not want to give me with a coupon if I wanted it I had to pay what it was without a coupon because I had already been given a discount, for this he began to curse and challenged me to leave the store to hit me.
I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that he says he is the manager and that I should leave his store (it should be noted that his nametag said chris) but on the receipt it says that the cashier is jay. The product that he did not want to sell me were some Energizer AA batteries with a coupon of 2 dollars because they had already given me a big discount that if I wanted them I had to pay the total without a coupon

Ok guys, what's all the hype about? I'll tell you it's the musician guy and Mr. Ellis Jervaughn who checks me out with my many questions about pricing and such.... These guys are absolutely amazing when it comes to genuine customer service. Me and the musician go at it in the store and he's full of jokes. 😂😂There is a really sweet young Hispanic lady as well who helps me. The management at this store is awesome! The store is always NEAT, zoned, and clean! The music played in store makes me want to shop more because I'm taken back to the 80's when things were simpler as I nostalgically bop down the isles. Most days I go in to grab 5 items or less because it's quick to checkout and everything is within reach.... Unlike Walmart or WinCo where I have to literally go on a back packed journey in the wilderness to find what I need. #SorryNotSorry
They also have food items, milk, eggs, sausage and bacon.... The staff keeps things rotated and fresh!!!
Thank y'all for taking care of the customers!! Don't worry, I'm sending my friends to shop here as well!! Be blessed! 👏🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽💝👍🏽

The young kid who works here has no customer service. I watched some lady today ask why her coupon wasn’t working and all he did was shrug his shoulders. No communication from him whatsoever. There never is. Terrible attitude. You can just tell this DG is desperate and will hire anyone!!

Less than 1 star. There a 2 cashiers behind the counter talking ugly about their customers while the store is a absolute beyond mess. can't even get the cart through the aisle. you think they have self check out why not try to clean up, stock or try to get the vomit smell out from the back of the store. maybe earn the paycheck you chose to accept.

I don't know her name but sheis a manager there. My 7th times coming there and it will be the last one. She was nice with the other person before me But everytime I come to this store she doesn't greet with a smile she slammed my stuffed. She is rude. Soo I told she doesn't need to be a manager. She doesn't deserve to be one. I told her stop being rude and Be Kind!

2nd attempt to keep shopping at the park lane location in a week. Store is not open on time today, it’s well past 8:20. The clerk is always rude and obnoxious. She is always disrespecting the Hispanic/ Mexican Culture as they attempt to shop and spend money. The store is junky is organized not priced correctly. Cleaning products and candy are in the same isle. And she ONLY TAKES CASH (suspicious)

Dollar General does not need to have Mari (Manager) of this store as the face of Dollar General.Rather than being empathetic to the store's Customer's, she acts totally Ghetto with a Rude and Crude Attitude towards them.It is like the customers have Crucified her by placing her in her current position as a Manager at this store.Treating a Customer in front of me like they were complete idiots makes me never want to return yo this store.She needs to be moved out of her position, and sent to Empathtic Training.
