Me and my wife visited driver’s edge Lewisville. My Mercedes Benz engine sign came out for that reason; Store manager (corey Flanders) took my car after 2 days he told us need to change crank shift sensors. After again 2 days he delivered car. And took about $1500. But he didn’t do anything. We again back to him with our car same day. Manager Corey have been taken our car 10 days more. He is a very irresponsible and bad communication person and also lairs. I gave him mail and phone but he didn’t respond professionally. After 12 days he said your car engine is problem we don’t have any Mercedes mechanic. But he took already our money and time. He said he will be back our money. But still he didn’t back money and he didn’t do anything because he never did fix any Mercedes and BMW like that. This drivers edge is doing fraud. We will go to court for justice.(we don’t have any choice). I attached every document with diagnostic reports (that did drivers edge) and also bill everything. I wish this company license would be closed permanently. Otherwise many customers would be suffering and harassment.

I called from 5 minutes down the road they said no wait for state inspection. I drive to them within 5 minutes I get there. Over 1 hour wait. Just be truthful I guess their business is that bad they need to get u in the door.

I don't even know how to properly express how amazing this team is!
I was without air conditioning for 5 weeks and slowly dying any time I had to drive my car. There was another mechanic that I was trying to work with, but their prices were fluctuating all over the place and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. On a whim of desperation one afternoon I scheduled with Driver's Edge and they got me in the next day, they were straight forward with their answers and their prices, and they fixed my car in a day and a half!
They basically saved me from being slowly killed by the heat and I highly recommend them!

It was a great experience. I went in for an inspection, and was told it would ba about 45 minutes. In fact, it took just under 30 minutes. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. I'm glad I went there.

Drivers Edge is an awesome place to go to I got the best service ever. Very friendly environment. I needed a set of tires and they wasted no time to order them for me and put them on the same day. Good prices on tires. You won't regret going there.
