The store itself is in a nice located area. HOWEVER... if I was able to give them a "zero" for customer service/satisfaction, I would have!When it was my turn to check out, the Sales Supervisor (Denise), was not only rude to the Sales Rep (Syd), but to me! Her attitude was not only extremely inappropriate , but the way she mocked me was out of hand (including her hand motion).Not to mention her complaining "can this day get any worse?" wasn't necessary. I was so close to dropping everything and walking away, but I needed the items for Christmas. And for the so called Sales Supervisor, if she is having a bad day, have her take a break. She will not only clash with customers, but at the end of the day, remember she is also representing your store!

2 stars off for not giving me a bag because the company decided to go “bagless” (despite using plastic bags for trash and for some shoes I saw) even though I bought suede boots and it’s raining outside!

Clean and organized. Friendly staff. Good options just didn't have what I needed. Pricing is decent and affordable for name brands too.

Horribly run store. Was told they would price match by the store manager and decided to keep shopping only the be told a different answer by the assistant manager when checking out. When I asked about the inconsistency within a few minutes by different managers was given a rude response. So much for trying to support local businesses. I will give my business to a company with better customer service.

Male employee gave my point to another customer because I didnt have an account with the store. If you're going to give my points to somebody else withought my consent tell me so I can make the damn account for MY points.

This was my second time going into this store and the management is just awful and rude. The lack of professionalism is insane! I didn't get the mangers name but both encounters with her have consisted of her needing to be right and not at all helpful. I will not be returning to this store.
