“Our 65” TV stopped working and I called Mikal. He came to our house 12/1/25 discovered what the problem was and a new part was required. He ordered, the part arrived the following day and he returned that day to switch the part!!! Now that is A+ service!!! If any of my TVs require any service I will call City Electronics!! “I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour).
I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. They even called when they discovered that to ensure I really needed a battery. I said yes since the battery life was 76% and the phone would not hold a charge very long.”
