“Excellent customer service and repair. Very reasonable price for repair. They did a great job repairing a Steamdeck that had a damaged charging port. Very responsive and speedy repair and shipping.”
“I have been going to this place for over 5 years and they have always been really great in helping fix my computer problems. Prices are reasonable and they work with you to provide a practical solution”
“Went to him with a CRTV that wasn't turning on. After a quick diagnosis test he called me informing me that the button is just broken but the remote we sent in turns it on just fine so it's not a big deal. Although I felt silly for not putting in new batteries for the remote the fact that he just told me it was just that and only charged me for the diagnosis showed a lot of integrity. I would happily come back here with anything else I need to be worked on.”

“Contacted Chad because I was in desperate need of my laptop screen being fixed. He quoted me a very reasonable cost and fixed the screen within 24 hours. He is very quick and really professional! I 10/10 definitely recommend using his services, especially if time is limited!”
“Had to replace my 4Runner battery, got the best deal from Batteries Plus! While I was there in the Lewisville location, Lowell took care of my key fob for me as well.
I didn't know before, but Batteries Plus can program key fobs for 1/2 the price the dealerships charge!
Lowell was friendly, informative, and helpful, and I'd highly recommend checking with them before purchasing any type of batteries elsewhere.”

“Uriah was great help . It was late in the day when I called and he encouraged me to come in regardless. As soon as I arrived he set forth to solve the problem with my phone. In no time he had me fixed up and out the door. I’m sure I’ll be back.”
