My experience at enterprise was absolutely amazing what extraordinary customer service you get. I walked into the building and was instantly greeted by Anthony and asked how can we help you . I told him i have a reservation and he looked it up and told me I needed a credit card for deposit because I have a out of state driver license which I forgot but was very understanding and patient I have to run back to the house to get it , then came back and got helped by Lucciano which was also so amazing and got my right on my way to start my day . The return day was amazing as well with a grant I appreciate all the amazing customer service
I highly recommend Enterprise rental in Lewisville if I could give them a 10 star I would .

I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff was incredibly friendly, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed by how quickly everything was handled — from check-in to getting the keys, it took no time at all. The car was clean, reliable, and ready to go.

I recently rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location after my personal car was rear-ended. When I picked up the rental, the front desk agent told me I didn’t need to purchase additional insurance because my own coverage would apply. Unfortunately, I was later involved in a hit and run while driving the rental.
When I spoke with the store manager about how poorly this was handled, he seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered no resolution or apology. Overall, this experience added a lot of unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I expected better from Enterprise and would caution others to be very careful when relying on advice from the rental staff.

Minimal contact or paperwork. Allstate handled most of it. The process was painless. Enterprise sent a driver to pick me up at the Caliber Body shop. I had forgotten my license, so they took me home to get it. I could have been stranded with no license and no rental car, so the team went above and beyond what they had to do. How can I ever give you anything less than a glowing review after that.

I used Enterprise at 301 Huffines Plaza in Lewisville, TX.
I want to thank the branch manager, Anthony Austin and his whole team. Nico, Yazan, Chandler, and Brodrick. You all are professional, honest and caring team. As soon as I was dropped off at Enterprise, the team was already waiting for me, and I was in and out in just five minutes! Chandler took great care of me, making the process quick and smooth. But what truly stood out was how both Chandler and Nico emphasized customer care—they didn’t just handle my rental; they genuinely cared about my situation.
Nico went above and beyond, sympathizing with me for all the trouble I had with my car and even upgrading my rental to make sure I was more comfortable on my way home. From the moment I walked in, they both made sure I was taken care of and asked how I was doing.
It’s rare to find such genuine and thoughtful service, and this team truly delivered. Thank you, Chandler and Nico, for turning a stressful day into a smooth experience! Highly recommend this Enterprise location!

Worst rental car experience!! RENTER BEWARE!! I got a rental on Sunday. When the employee was examining the car, he did a rush job and missed a couple of dings that we pointed out and he photographed. I noticed a burn hole in the passenger seat as well and he said that that was “normal wear and tear” and no need to worry about it. I said no, please add it to your photos. He did NOT examine the roof at all.
I went today, Wednesday, to return the car. I had it 2 1/2 days and didn’t really even drive it. I had to put two gallons of gas in it to return it. I also had it parked in the garage.
The employee grabbed some sort of hail damage screen thing and went out to look at the car. We thought that was odd because none of the others were taking that screen out to inspect cars. He came back and said there was hail damage on the roof!! NO damage to the hood or trunk!! How is that even possible?? IT’S NOT!! It did NOT even hail in the two days I had the car AND it was parked in the garage.
He proceeded to tell me that he had to report the damage. I said no way you’re going to put this on ME!! I asked to speak to the manager and he said HE was the manager and made the decisions. He then said that he had to report it but that I wouldn’t be charged for it. I said I wanted his name and to put it in writing. He handed me his card and guess what…he’s the ASSISTANT manager!! He has no power! I asked again for him to put it in writing and he said no. I said ok then, I want you on video saying what you just told me. He said absolutely not!
We went around and around and then he and some other employees walked away. He came back a few minutes later and put it in writing that I wasn’t responsible.
When I finally got home, I immediately called MY insurance company to report it as a fraud attempt. They said that they frequently have rental car companies do this sort of thing. If they try to put it on MY insurance, they have the account of what happened.
I KNOW that they will just try to pass it off to the next poor soul, SO CHECK THE CAR TOP TO BOTTOM, FRONT TO BACK!!
