Worst customer service.
Not willing to help.
The guy had bad attitude.
All I wanted is print a file in email and I had difficulty with machine. But didn’t get help.
This made myself late to work.

On 03/27/2026 at 10:07 AM there was a tall black man behind the counter that provided very poor customer service and he had a very negative attitude. When I spoke to him regarding a concern about my package being stuck in Dallas, Texas for weeks, he did absolutely nothing and told me to just call the FedEx customer service number and then he just dismissed me. If you check the cameras you will see that he spoke to me in under less than 3 minutes and did nothing to help me. Additionally, he did not even try to provide me with any alternative options, it appeared as though he had a lack of self esteem and competence.

Victor a+ associate helped my mom with her fax and even showed her how to do it on her own. The black girl not so much straight rude maybe she should work for McDonald's with that useless attitude.

The worst Customer Service and sales tactics! I tried to ship 2 boxes and was quoted a price of 117 via Ground. I have a discount with my Employer and was told that prices are higher on Saturday. I went to the FedEx in Grapevine and was charged 47.00 for the same shipping method. This is ridiculous! Be careful when you ship at this location as they are definitely over charging and are not displaying hospitable Customer Service.

I had an excellent experience with FedEx thanks to Priscilla Vara. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and ensured my package was shipped . Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly top-notch service!

Poor customer service. My order for 3 page color printouts was supposed to be ready at 3pm. I got to store at 2:45pm. The staff of 4 were just chatting. They had not idea about my order. Once the manager realized this, he said it is not time yet. They have until 3pm. Ideally, a customer service friendly manager would appologies for not knowing of the order and maybe upfront about it and offer to quickly fulfill the order, instead he put the blame on me for coming in 15 minutes early. FedEx should provide better training for their manager on how to communicate with customers.

I always have a good experience here, but today 8.29.24 Brandon (hope i got that name right) was very polite and I had 5 different packages, 3 of which needed some TLC and boxing. I had 5 different addresses to ship to and was a bit concerned about the process. He came over and assisted me, was patient and very communicative and polite. He took care of all the items and was careful with everything which I highly appreciated. Thanks for all your help! You turned a potential headache into a breeze, you are very much appreciated sir.
