Dropped my car off at noon with the manager Jose who is trying his best. Unfortunately the store is understaffed. The girl that does inspections was supposedly coming back around 1pm. I called back later and was told it would be done tomorrow because the girl who does inspections took a personal day. I called about an hour after open and the girl who does inspections answered and said it wouldnāt be inspected until the afternoon. She said it in a very rude and disrespectful tone as well. Shortly after that I picked up the car and took it to another place. A simple inspection shouldnāt take long. My advice is to hire someone more competent and respectful to do the inspections.

I had an exceptional experience with Riley Triple SSS at Firestone ! The mechanic was Ishmael and he as just terrific. My vehicle had a persistent coolant leak that was causing overheating issues, and Riley diagnosed and fixed the problem flawlessly. From the start, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the issue and the steps needed for the repair.
Not only did he address the coolant leak efficiently, but he also took the time to inspect other potential concerns, ensuring my car was in top shape before handing it back to me. His attention to detail and dedication to quality work truly set him apart. The repair was completed promptly, and my car has been running perfectly ever sinceāno more leaks, no overheating, just smooth driving!
I highly recommend Firestone and the Person Riley Triple SSS to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable mechanic shop. Took the emissom test for Titan 2006 and failed the first and second time as not ready. I took to autozone off valley and main in Lewisville and the emmison passed as ready the first time. I took the Titan to the autozone on Corporate Dr In Lewisville TX after the second fail by Firerstone on 121 Lewisville and the emission test as ready and fine. I will now take the Titan to Firestone on main street Lewisville to have it checked. When was the last time the emission tester was checked/certified?

Very happy with the level and quality of service at this place. Both times, estimated time to get parts, complete the work etc was on point. Jose, the manager, is knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Riley helped take our car in and process it for the repairs we needed- Jose told us heās new- but he was great! Couldnāt tell heās new, and he was also polite, attentive and got the job done. We were kept updated on when we could pick up our car both times. Oh, and they also told us about an issue with the car we were completely unaware of- they didnāt charge us for figuring that out. Very courteous, trustworthy, and reliable place. We will be back. Thanks Jose and Riley!

This repair shop is so well managed by Jose. Even though it has taken weeks for me to get my service complete. Jose and his staff kept me informed by calls and emails. The holidays and weather played a huge part in the delays. I was able to pay for the partial work done so I could use my car to go to work. This tong man is a keeper for Firestone and my future car repairs for all of my family vehicles.

I was so blessed by the friendly expertise and integrity of he manager Jose and Larry, his thorough problem solver technician. Thinking at 55K miles my spongy brakes needed new brakes and a flush, Larry determined I didn't need new brakes and the brake fluid was still clean and full. After 55 min working on it (spongy, soft brake took pumping), and driving it he determined that the fluid reservoir lid seal, was faulty and could cause the air in the line. They said I should go to a parts store for a new cap and see if that works, otherwise do the brake flush to bleed any air as I need one eventually. Done, but after NO CHARGE, I'll return quickly for the flush and give them my trusted business in the future! 10 stars!

The men were friendly ,courteous , and had humor. They performed everything I requested on day of appointment. And went above and beyond to help me with that darn TPMS( The PMS) alert light. I will definitely go there again.
