I will never come back to Firestone. They sold me a battery I didn’t need. I ask for Freon , told them I did not have a leak but got charged 60 to “inspect” for a leak that wasn’t there and no Freon added. Asked them to repair a tire , now being told it needs to be replaced. I had a 9:00 appointment and didn’t even get started until 10:30. Now it is noon and NOTHING has been done that I asked except “inspections “. Don’t come to Firestone in Lewisville on Main. You will be sold things you don’t need , wait all day for nothing. Very POOR service
