The staff is pretty knowledgeable on repairs. Brought my laptop in and it was done right!!! Thank you Geek Squad. I would also like to shout out Carl for fixing my audio issue!

They were friendly and very informative, but unfortunately they were unable to provide the services they advertise. The reason for the rating is because they were easy to speak with and they did send me somewhere that was able to help.

Excellent service. My wife is a teacher and needed her laptop fixed before she went back to training on Monday. They took care of it Sunday afternoon. Fast, professional, great work. Couldn’t ask for more.

Once my laptop was sent off for repair, it was impossible to get information about the repair. It took me half a day talking to half a dozen geek squad reps to even find out what was wrong before I approved the repair. Once I authorized the repair, they said the part was in stock and available. I heard nothing for 3 weeks. When I called to ask, they couldn't tell me why it wasn't repaired yet, just suggesting I call back in a couple of days.

The guys there are very knowledgeable and nice. You can make an appointment online so that you don’t have to wait in line. Since COVID they clean the chairs and desk in between EVERY customer. And they wear gloves when touching your electronic devices. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to drop off a computer and let them look at it at their leisure but they insisted I have an appointment. I was more than willing to let my computer sit there for a week, I just didn't want to wait in line. No one would have been put out if they had just taken my name and number to call me back later when they had time to look at the machine.
