The staff is absolutely wonderful, so kind and attentive, asking plenty of questions to ensure customers get the right products. The manager, Audrey, is fantastic with a great personality and bubbly energy. She is attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and provides so many options. Her customer service is phenomenal and 10 stars. She searched a few places for a flavor of pre-workout that was not available and told the customer to order off the website, mentioning a sale to save money. Her staff is so knowledgeable and went out of their way to order products off the website they did not have. Customers highly recommend stopping by this GNC location even if they do not live around there, as the customer service is always exceptional, 5 out of 5.
