I went to this guitar center to sell some items. I felt the amount they paid twas fair. They were definitely better than any pawn shop would offer. The employees were helpful on the phone, before I went to the store and in the store, when I went to sell my items.?

I intentionally waited a month before posting this review to not let my emotions cloud my judgment.Truly the worst customer experience I have ever received. Reserved a microphone setup for a Quinceañera. When I came to pickup, my card wouldn't work for whatever reason (despite buying headphones there the day before). I offered tap to pay, to buy it online, or ANYTHING to make this work. The manager had me buy a $1000 gift card because rentals wouldn't be covered without a credit card so I would have to buy the setup. At this point of desperation, I went ahead and did that.When he was checking me out moments later, he then said it was $1007. I looked at him in disbelief, at which point they kicked me out for "wasting time".I ended up missing the first half of the party as I went to best buy to purchase microphones.

Just a mild step up from Music & Arts. This GC is on the smaller side and has limited inventory. I didn't find anything I needed here. The staff said. "We can order it for you!" But I'm not from here and my band was on the road, so it didn't work out for me.

Over this past year I've emailed the store manager 3 times with no response. I called the store and let them know there was no response. Nothing.... Theres a sign in the store promoting their social causes. No need for social issues in a guitar store. I happen to agree with the cause, but when I walk in a guitar store that's not what I'm there for. The bass room is pretty meh, as it is at most guitar centers..

I called the store before coming in for some general information that would’ve saved me a trip if gone unanswered. Luckily Erica answered promptly and assisted me in getting the info I needed. I made my way to the store to sell a few cymbals and guitars, then left with cash! Good money too! While at the store Dom and Erica were both super helpful in processing my transactions. They made it an easy and seem less experience. Dom recommended the Volt 2 interface and I'm rocking with it! So not only did I leave with cash. I left with a memorable experience and an awesome interface!

I called about a particular guitar and got the run-around from several sales staff. One staff member described the wrong guitar, after calling for several days, the in hand description was not entirely accurate. After purchasing the used acoustic, I immediately noticed it did not have the original case, once evaluated by my Luthier, it needed the dreaded neck reset. I do not believe the sales staff were very knowledgeable or forthcoming in describing the guitar, and I think they should be for a high end guitar sale. I really want to be satisfied with my overall guitar purchase when spending 6k and I am not.

We have been coming to this location for many years now. Over the years the service has only gone down. Tyler used to assist us and was awesome! Ever since he has left we have yet to find anyone to genuinely assist us. Every encounter has been lacking proper communication or they're just straight up rude. We walked out last time and just placed an order over the phone with customer service. I hope they can really get it together - will be by again to give it another try.
