Horrible experience. I went into the store and asked the customer rep (older female with black hair in pony tail and glasses) if she knew where I could find the stuff to turn my grandmothers clip earrings into pierced earrings. She said she doesn’t know anything about how to do that, and that I need to go to the back of the store to the jewelry section and look around d. I said I don’t know what it would be called, and she said she didn’t know either. I asked if she could look it up, she said no that lots of people make jewelry and she wouldn’t be able to help me. I said okay, so no help, got it. As I walked to the back of the store she told another customer service rep that I was mad because she wouldn’t t help me and that I should have just looked it all up on my phone.
I went to the back (still trying to figure out what I was looking for). Fortunately April was back there and was extremely helpful, showed me exactly what to get and we had a great conversation about jewelry glue - I learned something new.
April is the ONLY reason I’m giving a star. If it wasn’t for her, it would be zero.

They are a bit expensive but they are well stocked with a lot of nice products, however; because they dont have a specific desk for returns we stood in a long line that kept getting longer for 15 mins before my patience ran out. When I walked out the same woman that was there when I entered 30 mins earlier was still there. Unbelievable!
