Everyone is helpful. Kelly Moon is terrific - he knows his customers and takes care of them! He knows us well and tailors his approach to us and our style/needs, that's important and we trust him. It also may not matter to most, he's fun to work with, as is everyone in this service department, we like that. Thanks for having people like Kelly at Huffines!

I got car serviced here for an oil change and tire rotation and they were just outstanding. Their customer service was top notch and the work on my car was swift and well done. They even helped pop out the dent in my car hood that’s been there for YEARS. Will absolutely be going back.

Based on my past experience this has been by far the worst of them. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and to check if my brakes had needed to be changed. The representative Mike initially was very laid back and calm. He contacted me to give me an update on the vehicle. He gave me a list of issues that may have needed to fixed. After, going over them I contacted him back to discuss the potential issues. Once I proceeded to ask about the problems he would not go into details about them. Stated that you either going to choose to get them fixed or not. I informed him I would get them fixed until I find out more information on the issues. Then I proceeded to ask does he know what the best thing to get fixed first he didn’t have any knowledge of the how to proceed. I then ask if I could speak to Kelly the representative that normally helps me out. He stated he’s the one that’s handling my request. I stated to him I would like to have Kelly contact me or be transferred to him he then hangs the phone before I could explain my reasoning in the middle of me talking with him. I’ve been bringing my vehicle to this dealership since I purchased the vehicle. No one has ever been as rude as this guy nor have anyone been unknowingly about the issues of the vehicle especially when discussing the service request. I’m normally very satisfied when leaving the service area and have never completed a survey before. This is the only person that has ever made me feel uneasy about having my vehicle service there. Kelly Moon is the normal representative that I go to. He’s a great guy and normally gives the best service there. Sorry, that ever spoke to someone different.

My new service advisor, Kelly Moore, went above and beyond to take care of the issues with my vehicle. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made notes for the assigned mechanic, He was very detailed oriented, caring and professional. I will call for him again when I need maintenance on my vehicle.

Took my car in to fix oil leak. After repair was completed, on way home the driver side a/c vent was blowing hot air while a/c was set to 60 degrees. Brought car back and was told actuator went bad. Service manager told me he would cover labor and I would be charged for parts only. Bill came out to $379 or something like that....for a $59 part. Talked them down to $220. Car is still leaking oil, although not as much as before. Will be scheduling time to bring car back for service.

I purchased a car here a while back and had a great experience.This week I bought some parts and they were great again. Huffington is a top notch dealer and should be considered when you need or want a new, used, or just parts for your Chevy.

We have a fleet of vehicles on the road. I often have 1-3 vehicles in different shops for maintenance and repair. I usually need to call/email for status updates so I can properly plan when the vehicle can be picked up and put back on the road. Huffines is always great at getting the vehicle in and quickly and contacting me with an estimate to review and approve. However, once the work is approved the status updates are not forthcoming unless asked for and it usually takes a few hours to get one. If I am told the vehicle will be ready in two weeks i usually wait about 8-10 days and then I take the time to hunt someone down and get a realistic update. That update is usually different from the original projection. I would greatly appreciate a more efficient update process so that i can plan accordingly without having to seek out the right person. If I do not request an update then I will get a phone call when the vehicle is ready. My response time to be able to send two people to get a vehicle on the other side of town is 1-3 days. It is not ideal to get the call the same day the vehicle is ready. With all that said. Huffines is a pleasure to deal with and usually perform as good or better than the other shops we utilize.

Would like to praise service advisors Kelly Moon and Sam Silva for all that they do for me each time I bring my 2017 Chevy Malibu in for service. Kelly and Sam have not only help me in navigating threw any repairs, they also give me great advice and honest answers when I have questions and concerns. These two gentleman truly are the prime example of a great customer service advisors I strongly recommend.Also had the privilege and honor to express these praises to Mike Huggins-Service manager, on how Kelly and Sam are such wonderful advisors. While speaking to Mike, he showed friendliness and was attentive to my praises. Mike showed high interest in what a customer had to say about his department. Mike expressed great attitude, attentive, and above all, professional. Will be happy to come back for any OEM service any time-from Grand Prairie, Texas :)

Last week I just purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban at Huffines Lewisville with Emerson Araujo and it was one of the best experiences I ever had with a dealership. I had bought other vehicles from other dealers but none was as good as this experience with Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville. Emerson, our sales agent, took the time to understand my needs in order to offer the correct vehicle for our household. Thank you Emerson for the excellent service! My family and I really appreciate it and we love our new car.

What can I say….The customer service at Huffines Chevrolet went above and beyond to make me and my family car buying experience a special one. Explained all that was not understood, test drive was great and a team of very knowledgeable and professional staff across the board. A car buying experience we shall never forget. I had the best car hunting experience here. I purchased my last vehicle from Huffines and have nothing but good things to say about them from sales to service. This time I was looking for a different type of vehicle and they didn’t just try to sell me something. Greg in the used car sales department really tried to make sure I got what I needed, not what they wanted to sell me. And they weren’t trying to price gauge in this market either. I had been to other dealerships and the experience was totally different. Like get me out of here asap bad. I will always go to Huffines first! Thank you!

Took my truck here for a recall so I decided to get brake pads done while there bc my front left had just started squeaking a couple days ago. After waiting 3 hours they tell me they have gotten backed up so they would need to keep it overnight. Which was fine bc they were kind enough to send me home in a free rental. 15 minutes after I get home they call me saying it is going to be $1200 for 4 roters and 4 pads. HUH? Told him I'm sorry but there's no way I can afford that so I'm just going to have to come pick it up and do it myself. I've changed pads on my old truck multiple times so I'm not an idiot to this fix. The front left was the only wheel squeaking as of just a few days ago so there is absolutely no reason to replace the rear pads much less the rear roters. Tacking on things I absolutely do not need. After pointing this out he says "okay, I'll see if we can not replace those rear roters and call you back". 15 minutes later a different guy calls me back and says "so you're just going to go with aftermarket parts and do this yourself huh"? Uhhh yes... bc $1200 for a brake job is absolutely ridiculous lol. So I'm home the next day doing it myself and as I'm removing the brake shoe I see that one of the two pads IS COMPLETELY MISSING... LITERALLY NOT EVEN THERE! They didn't even put my old brake pad back on!!! Anyone who knows about this, knows it's literally impossible for it to just pop out and go missing, and also impossible to not notice it's not there when putting it back on. So now after having driven it back home from the dealership WITHOUT A BRAKE PAD its caused my brake caliper piston to completely shatter draining all my brake fluid everywhere, and now a harder more difficult MORE EXPENSIVE problem to fix... UNREAL! This is something you'd expect from a private shop or mechanic... but a dealership? This is the first time anyone, including me, has been anywhere near my braking system since I bought it brand new and drive it off the lot. Still equivalent with all original factory parts and everything. UNBELIEVABLE!!! MIND BLOWN * Even after the added fix of now having to replace the entire brake shoe on my front left wheel, install 4 new brake pads & replace 2 front rotors, a buddy of mine and me did it ourselves for only $317.00... For those of y'all that aren't good at math, that's a total savings of $883.00

I had a great experience at Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville with Michael Moss. He immediately got in contact with me about the vehicle and had it pulled up for me to see once I arrived. Michael let me and my family test drive the vehicle while explaining all the safety features and accessories. Michael was thorough throughout the whole process and explained everything well to a first time car buyer. Me and my family appreciated his help and advice, he really made our first car buying experience memorable and easy! We would go back and purchase from Michael Moss at Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville again.
