It is a regular go-to shop for all Indian stuff, providing a wide range of products including snacks, cosmetics, and more, which saves shopping time. The store features an in-house snack house, Rajula’s Kitchen, for tasty chats, snacks, sweets, and hot food, with highlights like amazing mithai, Mysore Pak, and crispy jalebis. The staff is consistently described as pleasant, welcoming, friendly, focused, and professional, offering good customer service and making all customers feel appreciated. However, the store can be better organized and has a space crunch inside, making the aisles feel crowded at times.
