They told my mom she needed a new alternator for $400 after she bought a new battery from them a few months prior that went bad. Different shop confirmed it was indeed the battery. When she went back they refused to show her how they tested it in the first place. On top of that they sold her an air filter that didn’t fit in her vehicle so they forced it in instead of just saying they didn’t have the right size. During the same oil change a flap was hanging underneath her vehicle a few days later. Turns out majority of the screws that held it in place magically disappeared. Don’t come here.

Great service! I got an inspection, oil change and air in the tires for about $80, and it took about 30 minutes! I was expecting it to take hours! Will definitely be coming back!

Wife went in for an oil change and got charged double for a synthetic oil change and even charge her to take pins out? From when I went to the little elm location they didn’t charge at all, avoid this place at all cost and I want to file a complaint and want a refund

Back in November of 2024, I visited this location to get my 2012 Toyota Camry’s yearly TX inspection. After paying for an oil change and inspection, I went home to look at my dash-cam footage and noticed that the guy who did my inspection, (didnt catch his name but shown in the picture from the dash-cam clip) and some other white guy were talking about me and the man doing my inspection informed the other guy that I “wanted to speak with him” (which I literally did not. I had no idea who this man was let alone knew he was there) and made a disgusting comment to the guy doing my inspection saying “is she gonna do a favor for me or what?” which is absolutely DISGUSTING. I’m literally 19 years old and had no idea who this man was at all. Then the guy doing my inspection called me a “he lady” which again is absolutely disgusting, no customer no matter who they are or how they identify as should be discriminated or judged at all especially when I’m doing nothing to hurt them in any way and just giving them my money and business. Its ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING you people would talk about a 19 year old this way when you guys are literally 40+.

Took my vehicle in for radiator problem, my vehicle had the low air tire indicator on, and check engine light on, had them replace the radiator and some hose’s, bill came out to $1400 and some change, $129 or so for diagnostic test, they don’t deduct the diagnostic charge if you have them do the work! Also the air pressure indicator and check engine lite was still on!

Service here has gone down hill! Been going here for a while. It seems like the hardest thing is to check in. You have to wait a century to get someone up front. But when they do come up. they act like you’re bothering them! I guess now days the word or meaning of service means nothing to these young kids! If you want to sit here for hours waiting. Go here. I don’t recommend this place as of today.

Occasionally good quick service if it’s not busy, will be ignored if it’s busy. They do the job you pay for though in my experience, sometimes try upsell, prices are above average in my opinion. I don’t understand the reviews saying it’s cheap here, they certainly aren’t. They don’t take coupons either
